The audiologist was very thorough and asked plenty of questions, I felt like he had listened to my problems with tinnitus and how it affected me. He was very informative, professional and attentive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others

I took advantage of a free hearing test offered by my optician. Lee Gascoyne was your representative who attended to me and as well as being very professional throughout the procedure he was also friendly and made me feel completely at ease throughout the hour long tests.
There was no suggestion that I needed hearing aids at the end of the appointment but the results did show that I need to be monitored and I will certainly allow this to happen.
