I visited this morning and was very impressed with the care Alex took in re-programming my hearing aids. It has made an amazing difference to my hearing. Thank you Alex.

Love my Hearing Aids
Love my Hearing Aids ! First time wearing them so was unsure what to expect. Alex was very knowledgeable, patient with my constant questions and gave me confidence with his answers, so that I could make an informed decision. From start to finish during the initial test, fitting, and follow up appointments he took the time to explain, demonstrate, etc and make sure I was happy, and that my hearing was the best it could be. SO happy!

Thorough service
Alex instantly made me feel at ease. He explained every step of the process and gave me lots of information. It helped me understand what issues there could be and possible outcomes, information I could not gain from my GP. What a great service, I would highly recommend a visit.
