Excellent service

Very Impressed
Having had my ears cleared of wax, then given a hearing test which resulted in me being fitted with new
hearing-aids, I am so thankful that I was treated by a
very professional and caring audiologist Celeste De Freitas who explained how to use them and made sure
they fitted comfortably. I have worn hearing aids before but not of this excellence

A very happy experience with a kind and understanding audiologist, Celeste when I saw her at the Polegate branch. She was patient and very thorough with explaining how hearing aids can improve the quality of life.
I am delighted with my hearing aids and enjoy hearing long forgotten sounds.

I have had tinnitus for 10 years +(…
I have had tinnitus for 10 years +( work related), and I know that there is no known definitive cure. However, after attending my appointment I now know and realize that there are methods of living with the condition. The audiologist who conducted my appointment ( Celeste de Freitas) was excellent in the way that she explained the various methods available in understanding tinnitus.
