An absolute pleasure to have my hearing checked by Faisal located at Perspective Opticians new premises in Knowle - educational, reassuring, calm, unhurried, patient, completely explained everything and I look forward to my next 2 year review, thank you 🙏

Faisal made a first class job of providing my first hearing aids, and today was the first 6-monthly check up. All has gone perfectly and the company has given brilliant support. Hearing aids are a large expenditure but I have every confidence that this very professional and caring company will give any support that might be needed.
Note that the address has recently moved to Perspective opticians in Knowle.

Experts suggest that aftercare is probably more important than product selection. With this in mind, I had hearing assessments with a couple of audiologists; one with a major high street brand and one with The Hearing Care Partnership (THCP). After meeting with THCP, there was a clear and obvious winner. Faisal (Mohammed) is a great representative of the company. He's professional and knowledgeable yet approachable and friendly. I am very pleased with the product he recommended and the service I have received since our first meeting a couple of months ago. I can highly recommend TCHP and Faisal in particular.

This was my first appointment with Faisal, and when I arrived he was very welcoming. I did not know what to expect, but Faisal explained what he would be doing which quickly put me at ease, and also that I could ask him questions at any time. I was impressed with every stage of my appointment and pleased to have had such caring experience. Thank you!

Had a really good experience with this company when attending my hearing test yesterday. Faisal , the audiologist , was extremely professional , explained the process in detail and gave me every opportunity throughout the test to clarify and ask questions. Faisel the Audiologist was lovely. Professional, helpful, informative and welcoming. I would definitely recommend him. He put me at my ease and was not patronising as many professionals are with an older woman.

Excellent service. Saw Faisal to have microsuction/ear impressions taken for some custom ear plugs. Ended up with a free hearing test too! Very friendly and professional throughout. Explained things in detail and gave some good advice.

Real professionalism, the guy I met was spot-on contacted me within minutes of me booking to confirm, made sure I was okay adjusted my appointment to suit my needs, he even worked over his dinner hour to accommodate me. What a pleasant charming young man will definitely be using this organisation from now on. .

I had a fantastic experience at my hearing appointment today. Faisal was amazing from start to finish, he explained the entire procedure clearly, kept me informed throughout the visit and testing, and even gave a detailed explanation of the different parts of the ear and how they work, which I found absolutely fascinating. I left feeling truly listened to and very relaxed after such a positive experience. A big thank you as well to the lovely lady who greeted me at the door and kindly offered me a drink while I waited. All together, it was a great experience, highly recommend!
