Friendly greeting followed by polite and professional service. The equipment was handled with competence and the clinician was thorough and explained each step to ensure I understood what was to happen. The treatment for wax removal was painless and I have been very pleased with the outcome and clearer hearing.

I can hear again!
I had ear wax removal in both ears over a couple of appointments. Emily was brilliant throughout—professional, reassuring, and she explained everything clearly. She took the time to make sure all the wax was removed safely and only worked when the wax was soft enough.
Since having the treatment, I can hear so much better and I no longer get any pain.

Thorough, clear, professional
A very helpful, friendly and professional examination and discussion with all information explained very clearly. I received an email with my results plus follow up recommendations and a referral to my GP. Excellent communications before, during and after the appointment. Really worthwhile.

Back to a normal life
After suffering hearing loss for almost a year due to wax and infections I found my way to HCP and Holly Proud. Holly was exceptionally supportive, explaining each step of the process so well and my new hearing aids replacing an NHS model are great. I now feel that I have my life back again. The follow up telephone calls and appointments have been high quality and I feel very well served and would not hesitate to make contact should I have a problem. I would highly recommend HCP and Holly.

I had appointment with Sean at Whitley Bay for wax removal.Every step was explained and carried out professionally .I found the visit very informative especially regarding Tinitus .hearing aids and ear protection and care for swimming.I am happy to recommend .Thankyou Derek
