Ordered the Christmas Bundle of 5 Pens
Have ordered before, 4 seperate times, EVERY SINGLE ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED SUCCESSFULLY due to the AMAZING Christmas discount I got 5 pens for £60 each !
This is cheaper than Medbud by £30 !
All 5 orders arrived in 7 days from order.
These are by far the best vape pens available outside of California. These 1000mg vape pens various terpenes / flavours are amazing.
My only concern is disposable vapes are illegal in the UK, and it would be sad to be taken by border control because of the fact that its disposable!
Customer services are great, they explained why they dont send with tracking anymorw because they weren't getting thru. These guys are great.
One UK request:
Please sell cartridges- they will be easier to post, more discrete and cheaper !
Or even sell bottles of the oil , as we can then just top up our own favourite vape pens.
Just thank you for being reliable and excellent, trust is always earned.

Vos produits sont excellents, cela-dit et comme l’erreur est humaine il serait temps d’accepter vos manques de discrétion parfois, je vis dans le pays (peut-être) le plus répressif d’Europe et où vit les plus gros consommateurs mais les enveloppes ne passent pas inaperçues, depuis peu vous vous êtes améliorés et cependant il reste dans la nature quelques pufs manquantes !..

Offered a refund 22 days ago and they start to ignore me
If you want your hard earned money to go to waste, make an order. All they tell you is to wait and to wait and at last they will offer you refund that will never reach back to your account.
Such a scamming company reply to my review if you are confident . My order is 1423 more people should be aware of their scammy actions.

Placed an order on 15th of June product never arrived two times in a row only get told to wait longer !
They offered me a refund literally 18 days ago now and I still havent received any refund yet. I am now being ignored for over 10 days now until I get my refund know that the 1 star terror will not stop. Mark my words

Evtl. Scam oder doch Zoll ?
Mein 1. Päckchen mit 2 vapes habe ich problemlos nach ca 10 Tagen erhalten.
Das 2 Päckchen mit 5 vapes ist nicht angekommen. Der Support von thc zen vapes, meint das Paket wäre beim liefern entweder abhanden gekommen oder gestoppt. Da ich nun unzählige jahr online bestelle und noch nie ein Paket nicht angekommen ist, bestehen zwei Möglichkeiten. Entweder wurde nicht verschickt oder wurde vom Zoll/ Polizei angehalten und mich erwartet eine fette Anzeige, da die vapes ein reingehalt von 95 % haben, ist man dann in de nicht mehr unter der geringen Menge, d.h. Strafverfahren wird eingeleitet ( welches nicht fallen gelassen wird) und die Führerscheinstelle wird informiert.
Wenigstens sind sie so kulant und schicken bzw. Möchten mir mein Geld schicken.
Was ich hierbei wirklich irreführend auf der Homepage finde ist, das dort erzählt wird worauf man achten soll, aber die selbst sich nicht dran halten und nur meinen es wird diskret Versandt. Diskret mit deinem Namen und Adresse. Zudem findet Polizei und Zoll Briefe ohne Absender verdächtig.
Naja drückt mir die Daumen !!!

Bestellung kam nach ca. 8 Tagen an. Genau wie beschrieben ohne zu übertreiben. Der Vape ist echt hochwertig und zeigt eine sehr gute Wirkung. Danke an das Team. Sehr anonym und kreativ verpackt. Ich habe mich sehr gefreut.
