This company called me straightaway to take details and quickly confirmed we’re likely to have a claim. They transferred the matter to their legal team and we will await to hear from them as to whether our claim can be processed.

They didn’t even contact me but made an uninformed decision to do nothing who’s is fair enough, but show no interest what shows no interest what so ever. Now 9 days later the key tooth has loosened allowing the whole plate to become a little unstable this will continue till the jobs become a waste.

I contacted this team after the death of my father in law due to care negligence.
Vic was my first experience and was patient, caring and showed empathy to my case. Vic was clear in her advice and after a few questions and checks has put me in touch with a solicitor who may take our case on.
