Great service and support
I filled out a form on their website and got a call back instantly. The gentleman I spoke to over the phone was lovely and understanding. He listened to all my concerns and took them seriously. After his call he put me through to a legal firm who is helping in this moment this of time.

Sunday call
I was phoned on a Sunday around 11:00 which was a bit bizarre, thinking it must be hard for some individuals having to work at the weekends. The process was explained to me succinct and very clear, followed by a short interview to paint the picture of my medical situation. 2 working days later, I was already phoned by a Solicitor firm specialised in medical claims and I feel very grateful for that. I wish I'd remembered the gentleman's name, who picked up my case that Sunday...

This person called Michael who had this interview with me is so gifted and knows his job. He is good listener, patience, polite, sympathetic, clear voice, very good accent, no rushing, in short he was good all round my interview.
