Theives! Ordered and the item never arrived, and no one has ever responded to my email or refunded me. Stupidly trusted an Instagram advert without checking reviews!!

Paid for gravity train in March. It’s now June still not received anything. Emails are bouncing back. No support. Just accepting I’ve been scammed!

Appalling. Ordered and was charged for the gravity train sets on 4th March and still nothing. Emails bounce back with same automated response that they are ‘in transit’, as of 12th March.
As an ‘educational toys’ company, they need some training in customer service!

I ordered in March, no delivery, emails bounce back and yet they still send emails with new offers.
I got my money back using Visa chargeback through my bank.

Item bought in March, still no delivery on 27 May. Emails bounce back. But yesterday i clicked on ‘buy again. And they are still offering the gravity train. I went all the way through to final payment. Today they sent me an email with 15% discount.

I bought the busy board for my great nephews birthday and it's got a loose board and the felt shapes and numbers don't stick to anything, it's such a piece of rubbish and had I known it was from China I wouldn't have bought it. I have e-mailed them but their contacts don't work, the e-mails keep being returned....not know at this address....sadly another SCAM

Total scam - took money and no goods received. Contact email just gets returned and goes no where. Facebook should stop these crooks from advertising.

Be warned-this is a scam site. I placed an order on 4th April and payment was taken on my Visa card. It's now early May no item has been received and tracking still says "We're preparing these items for shipping". I tried contacting by email and through the contact form on site but as others have found, there is never a reply. The site should be taken down - criminal activity.

I’m shocked by this company which looks so bone fide and their alleged 5* reviews on their site. Placed an order in February but still no delivery in April; communication with them impossible; emails bounce back. A very sophisticated scam website. A lesson to double check reviews with independent sites.

I wish I could put 0. Item has not arrived, tracking stopped about a month ago. Email contacts and contact form either go unanswered or they get returned as not real addresses. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Like a lot of people, my tracking has stalled 2 weeks ago and no communication since. Went back to PayPal and they refunded me straight away with photo of my receipt. Will teach me to look at reviews before buying.

I placed my order on March 4th. It is now April 14th and I still have not received my ordered. There is no phone number listed, so,I replied to the email (as they ask you to do if you have questions). They bounce back to me stating undeliverable. Buyers beware. I am going to my bank to see what I can do to have my money back.

Avoid this site- it is a scam. Ordered items, had a confirmation email but it never progressed beyond “awaiting processing” and all attempts at communicating blocked or not answered.

Actually needs to be 0 stars. Ordered on the 7th March. Delivery email as in transit on the 12th. Nothing since and emails bounce back as other reviewers have indicated. Will contact Facebook to alert them as this was how I first saw the toys. Contacting credit card company for advice.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. I placed an order on March 3rd and only received part of it. Since then, I’ve been waiting with no resolution.

I received an email stating that the rest of my order was “on the way,” but that has not been true. I’ve attempted to contact the company multiple times via email, but the messages are undeliverable. I also submitted my contact information requesting a follow-up and never received a response.

At this point, I have serious concerns about the legitimacy of this business. Buyers, please be aware and proceed with caution.
