Avoid this company, their customer service is dreadful - they are not transparent about shipping goods from China and the delays that this leads to - they insist that any returns are paid for by the customer - the tone of their replies to complaints is oleagenous but they refuse to be of practical assistance

The frame for children's artwork has actually become one of my favourite things in the house. It's nice being able to display new drawings without making holes everywhere. Really practical design.

The artwork frame was exactly what I needed. We had drawings piling up on every sn the house and now they finally have a proper place. It looks clean and modern rather than overly childish.

Glorified Amazon drop shipping company don’t be fooled by their Instagram and website. Items are listed as high priced then discounted to make it look like you got a good deal but all their items are available for much less on Amazon or Temu etc. Takes weeks to arrive and the quality is average at best. Also sneaky 14 day return policy and you have to pay yourself to return anything. Shame they’re using the “Montessori” name to hook people in and make them assume this is a reputable company. Will never buy from them again and will encourage others to stay away so they don’t get caught out too.

I found this store while searching for something different from the usual toy retailers. The selection immediately caught my attention because many of the products felt unique. After receiving my order, I can honestly say the quality matched the first impression. I'll definitely be returning when I need future gifts.

I ordered a personalised wooden puzzle. I found the order page confusing and wrote the discount code EXTRA20 in the name box. This is clearly a mistake and, as they have ALL my contact details, they could have raised a query, something I would expect from an established company whom I have ordered from before. I contacted the company upon receipt to explain and requested a refund, exchange or credit note and they refused. This is such poor customer service from a company who claims 100% money back guarantee. I will find a better company in future who value their customer service!

Bought a wooden puzzle set for my four year old. Usually he jumps between toys every few minutes, but this one kept his attention surprisingly well. Quality feels durable enough to last for years.

I ordered a few gifts for my friend's toddler and was relieved when everything arrived on time. The packaging looked lovely and gift worthy without me needing to do anything extra. She messaged me later saying her daughter hadn't stopped playing with the toys all weekend.

AliExpress dropshippers hiding behind a fancy website and a Swedish HQ. After seeing that the product wasn't going to arrive for over a week, I contacted to cancel and they stated that it's too late. Looking into it, it's because the item is being shipped directly from China and I then found the item that they are selling for £23 ("reduced" from £31) is available on AliExpress for £10.

Whilst I'm sure they've set their Ts&Cs to cover themselves legally for this misleading practice, it's a dishonest and cynical way of doing business. The least they could do is allow cancellation of items in transit to offer some service above ordering from AliExpress.

I bought a sensory board for my daughter and it's become part of our morning routine. While I make breakfast, she sits and explores all the different pieces. The quality feels much nicer than I expected from an online order. Everything arrived neatly packed too.

No mention during checkout or ordering that the delivery would be imported from China, take 2 weeks and need to go via customs etc. Small FAQ saying 5-10 working days.

Arrived smashed up with box squashed and parts of the toy broken off. The box even has poor english printed on it. Quality is shockingly bad.

They are have a very aggressive no-refunds-if-possible policy and seems that I have to post it back to China at my expense?! (no refund on any shipping).

Went for the chargeback route instead.
