Lieferung war für den 04.07.2025…

Lieferung war für den 04.07.2025 terminiert !
Wir hatten am Samstag mehrere Gäste , mit denen wir die neuen Weine sehr gerne getestet hätten .
Leider hat UPS die Lieferung mehrmals angekündigt und immer wieder verschoben , so das der Wein erst am Montag geliefert wurde.... Sehr schade .....

Unreliable and terrible delivery service through UPS

Following my order you decided to send me the requested wines through UPS.
This is not a good choice for Belgium.
At first you sent me a message (forwarded from UPS?) that the wines would be delivered last Monday in the afternoon. I stayed home from work and waited. But the wines did not arrive.
Finally - apparently - UPS instead passed by yesterday (Tuesday) in the afternoon. I was at work and not home. The delivery could be executed. And moreover the package was not delivered to the collection location of UPS, because wines need a signature for delivery in Belgium.
I received the message that UPS would pass by today (this afternoon) in a second attempt to deliver the package. I stayed home again, but UPS did not pass by. Just now (at 15.40) I receive another massage that the date for the delivery will be communicated later.
This is ridiculous and so unprofessional.
UPS is not a good solution for Belgium. DHL is a better service - working together with BPOST.
I don't know when the wines will be delivered and whether I will be able to be home from work when it suits UPS to pass by again.
I wanted to express my frustration on the matter.

Es hat alles hervorragend geklappt, die Weinflaschen waren perfekt geschützt verpackt und die Kommunikation sehr freundlich und zuverlässig
