My husband Artur contacted AA Cars when a dealer we wanted to buy a car from messed us about and then refused to give us our deposit back. AA Cars got back to us very quick, Artur was talking to Grace who provided an outstanding mediation and we eventually got our deposit back. We didn't have much hope getting the money back but Grace was amazing, she was informing us about every step, we can't thank her enough. I highly recommend AA Cars mediation service

This 5 star rating is for Hayley at AA Cars who provided an outstanding mediation service, enabling a full refund for a car with serious quality issues from a dealer with very poor after sales service. Hayley's persistence and regular, clear communication has been very much valued.

Verity has been professional and has kept me informed throughout. She persistently pushed the dealer to respond to her questions and they eventually agreed to pay back the money owed to me. I did not expect the dealer to pay because they had been less than truthful throughout. Had they not agreed to pay, I would still have rated the service Verity provided as 5 stars.

Verity at AA Cars pursued our grievance in an extremely professional manner and updated us regularly if not daily. Verity's work meant that a fair outcome was delivered saving us significant costs and restoring our faith in the motor industry.

Even though I didn’t get the outcome I would have wished for Verity was very good at updating me every morning, which really helped.

They lie and deceive you.

The AA do not inspect these cars and will not help you in any way when you will purchase a car advertised from these scammers.

My case handler Verity, had a lovely personality, great communication with me and was very knowledgeable. She tried her best, called me almost every day to update on her attempts at contact with Wokingham car centre, although she was unsuccessful, but that wasn't her fault as WCC mostly ignored her emails and calls even hanging up on her in the end. Advised me to take legal action.

Polite, helpful, everything sorted in a very short time. I would recommend the service to everyone. Thank you for getting my money back.

Been trying to cancel my membership for the past week or so. Ended up cancelling my direct debit because they make it so hard to cancel. Chat buttons don’t work but I have already received an email saying my payment method has changed please update it.
Why can’t there just be a simple cancel subscription button

Hayley Mills has been very helpful and supportive with mediating my complaint. She was friendly and professional always replying to emails and phones calls and was chasing the dealer for replies and answers when they didn't respond. My complaint took a long time to resolve because of the dealer but Hayley was always there and without her support I think I would have given up. I can't thank Hayley enough for her help and support and for her perseverance in getting my complaint resolved.

My Mediation Handler, Verity, was consistently polite and tenacious throughout the mediation process. She kept me informed on an almost daily basis and refused to give in when faced with stalling tactics from third parties. Due to outside influences, the mediation process was protracted and took almost 6 months, but she never gave in and it was finally completed to my satisfaction.
