Katie in the office was so supportive and helpful and told me everything that was going on, including that you were waiting for a part to come in.
My vehicle was repaired promptly considering that Easter came soon after and you were able to give me the type of courtesy car i asked for.

A good service with door to door…
A good service with door to door support. Repair was done well and Quickly and associated car hire equally effective.
Slightly surprised and disappointed that car was not valeted before returning.

The repair work was very good but the time taken was longer than I had been led to believe and sometimes it was difficult to contact anyone for information.

Excellent service.
I was contacted very quickly after I logged my initial call with the company, and the woman to whom I spoke (and to whom I spoke several times over the repair period) was extremely helpful and very friendly. The repair of my car was handled very efficiently, and I was kept informed at every stage. My car was returned ahead of the original schedule - which was great because it meant I could keep my plans for Christmas - beautifully repaired and cleaned. Very happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend.

Car was returned expertly repaired
Car was returned expertly repaired. Wouldn't know it had ever happened. Only gripe was picked up with 3/4 ta k of fuel returned on red , And only noticed few days later one exhaust clamp not replaced. But was a simple fix my self

The lady that first rang dealt with the job all the way through. She was very helpful. The loan car arrived on time and after work completed my car was returned when I was told it would be.
