Trying to book a viewing with them. I'm two in the queue and have been for 20 minutes. How hard is it to book a viewing with these people.

I worked with Scott for almost eight months while selling two properties, a detached house in Aldbury and a flat in Berkhamsted.

Initially, I was planning to use a traditional high street estate agent, but my experience with one local agent left me rather underwhelmed. The conversation seemed to be more about them than my property or what I was trying to achieve. Meeting Scott was completely different. From the outset, he focused on the properties, the buyers and how best to reach the right outcome.

Throughout the process, Scott was professional, proactive and a pleasure to deal with. He built excellent relationships with everyone involved, including the buyers, myself and my solicitors. In fact, my solicitors commented on how good he was to work with, which is praise indeed coming from a solicitor.

As I don't live near either property, Scott went above and beyond. Not only did he achieve excellent sale prices for both properties, but he also helped keep an eye on them and assisted with various practical matters along the way. That support was invaluable.

His local knowledge is exceptional and it genuinely helps make what can often be a stressful process run far more smoothly. Looking back, I have no doubt that choosing Scott and TA was the right decision. I achieved a great outcome on both sales and would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking to sell their property.

I'd never used TAUK before but I needn't have worried. Scott Tearall went the extra mile to accommodate viewings at all times, gave really helpful advice and was available outside office hours. It was really useful to deal with just one person instead of having to leave messages with anonymous staff members. Just sold after 9 days being on the market with Sheridan Hollands of TAUK previously on the market with another estate agent for 12 weeks.
Sheridan is very good at his job, and had a different approached to marketing our property, which certainly did help.
Sheridan was available 7 days a week, helped us to understand how to present our property at its best, to potential buyers .
Sheridan accompanied us to one of our viewings which was very helpful, his trained eye's did see potential, along with small faults that we would of missed.

Photographs, video and the use of a drone, which gives you a aerial view of your property which was fantastic.
