Tracey and Iain Fisher were a breath of fresh air as estate agents of the property we have just purchased . 2 years of searching with underhand tactics by a lot of the larger agencies even though we was chain free . They provided an informative narrative on the property information, never put us under pressure and were great liaisons between us and the seller through the whole process . Thoroughly recommend as agents to sell through and purchase through . Need more like them in the business .

Throughout the sale process Liam has been professional, proactive, enthusiastic and realistic in his approach to marketing and valuing. During this difficult time for selling houses, Liam works extra hard to make sure his properties catch the eye. He made sure his marketing was well written and boosted by high quality photos and videos. His social media posts are superb. The aim always being to tempt buyers through the front door. Liam has always been prompt to reply to my questions and arrange viewings to suit the buyer even when that is outside of office hours. Thomas McCann sold my house in four days for the asking price. Can’t get better than that. That’s because he doesn’t over inflate prices or give false promises he’s fair on everyone and understands that buying and selling houses is a matter of the heart not just a financial transaction. Never a missed call or unanswered message he was there for any bump along the road to help and answer questions or talk to solicitors. I knew I just had to ring him and he would sort it out. From our very first meeting, she stood out from the other agents we spoke to. She was warm, genuine and never made us feel like just another sale. We knew straight away she was the right person to trust with selling our home.

Throughout the whole process, Amy was fantastic. She kept us updated regularly, was always easy to get hold of, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. She gave us some great advice on presenting the house before it went on the market and worked incredibly hard to negotiate the best outcome for us. Becoming a blended family, we had two houses to sell in order to secure the house we wanted to secure, which Sam was also marketing.

Sam worked hard to get both our homes sold in a timely manner then coordinated all communications along the chain.

I recently bought a a 1 million pound house from this company, I dealt with someone called nick, after the the price was agreed I had zero communication from him in regards to the progress of the sale, I even used the recommended solicitors in order to work with them so we have a smooth transaction. I would only say his excuse is that they might not be use to selling high value houses and may be should stick to selling smaller houses. Every time I called for a update he had no clue, so I had to communicate with a elderly lady who I was buying the house from which is not ideal causing her stress when she has paid for service from this agent! I also never had any call after the completion to say congratulations or any assistance with handover. I would never personally sell with them, give them a call and see how un professional they are.

Michael did a fantastic job selling my home. Rather than just going through the motions, he took the time to understand what I loved about the house and the photos he took himself were fantastic.
His communication was excellent from start to finish. Because he operates as a sole agent through TAUK, I had the huge benefit of working directly with him the entire time. There was no getting passed around from person to person like you often experience with the larger chain estate agents.
If I ever move again I know who I’ll be using to help me sell!
