The purchased account didn't work and they don't reply to tickets regarding refunds / resolving the issue.

i bought a valorant account and it was a stolen one and it logged me out og it and the password and everything was changed and couldnt get back in wasted 30 dollars

bought a Ranked ready valorant account immediatly after buying i tried securing the account i couldnt because it had 2 step verification after just opening the account it was banned from ranked. i have now opened a ticket at support and they havent responded in 14 hours i would love to use my ''Ranked Ready'' account
but i cant waste of money

update: they close my tickets without a response no help after months save ur money dont buy here

I purchased 2 sets of hypixel NFAs and all of them were already locked or banned. I sent them an email with screenshots and opened tickets but they take forever to respond.

i bought a crunchyroll account from them and the login info didnt work so i made a support ticket and they just closed my ticket without giving me a replacement like they said they would

I give them 4 stars because even though they are indeed legit the account will most likely get pulled and from my experience wont always work, but if you make a ticket about these issues then you can get a new account of your choice for free and the account in the ticket is from my experience will work.

I would rate this 0 stars if I could, Altening is nothing but a scam, taking advantage of kids good intentions. An account we purchased did not work, they would provide no assistance or refund, save your money and find a legitimate site.

I purchased 2 Mako Glider Accounts from here. Both accounts sent to me were incorrect information. The first one didnt even have an epic account under the email, and the second account sent the incorrect password. Im still awaiting a response as of right now but im not exactly happy spending over £50 and getting nothing in return Lmao

I got a code then when I was trying to log in it wouldn’t let me and it just kept not working and I’ve emailed them 3-6 times now and I’ve heard nothing

what I dislike about the website is that they take forever to text u back on your ticket so if u buy and make a ticket u have to be ready to wait, but they do give good acc!

i contacted support after buying an account and getting details for an account that didn't exist and after I asked support for another account my order id was blocked from the support system they don't give you correct details and then block you without a refund complete scam

Do not buy from these people. It is nearly impossible to cancel your subscription thru their site or email. it keeps charging me 20$ per month i didn't even select. Trust me on this one, DO NOT BUY
