The first account I got was invalid, so I contacted support. I was forwarded to Xevier and had to wait 1-2 days for one response from him. He ended up giving me the credentials for another account that ALSO didn't work...Then I created a new ticket and selected "I want to talk about an order I made" and then selected the first option. Turns out I was able to get a replacement account through there without going through all the hassle of waiting for a response.

The account works 100% perfectly, and has the skin I desired. Everything ran smoothly after that. The only real issue is the customer service they provide. Waiting 1-2 days for a response is insane, especially if it's a one sentence answer that wasn't worth waiting the 1-2 days for.

They are legit, though, and I'd buy from them again if I need an account. But for any first timers, I'd be wary of the customer service. It's not the best, and it's something they really need to improve on. :)

I bought a full access account from this here and it took my money INSTANTLY and then they hold it for verification and i still haven’t gotten the login for it it’s been 4 days and i haven’t gotten a message back and when i enter the order id into the chat to open a ticket it just says invalid order id and closes it out Someone please help

so far from my experience they are doing a great job they gave me the account info i am just waiting for my 2fa code. so if you are looking for cheap fortnite accounts i suggest you buy from thealtening.
if i could change 1 thing about thealtening i would make it so you get a quicker reply from the support i know they cant help being so busy (my opinion)

Support is terrible the only person who can help with stuff is Xavier and he only responds 1 time a day well I mean he did to me I told them I want my money back but they won't give it back they keep giving me replacement account that that makes me put my birth of day after I type the email on epic/account,it's ridiculous and everyone don't buy NON FULL ACCESS ACCOUNT CAUSE THATS WHAT I DID BUT ITS THE SUPPORT. Bought a Chun-li account just for it not to work, I contacted support just for them to say I couldn't have a refund and it was out of stock after the fact I spent my money, and I would have to wait for it to come back in stock. This all happened in the span of 3-4 days I ended up just contacting my bank. DON'T BUY FROM THIS SITE.

Scam. Bought a fortnite account that I keep getting logged out of. Original owner keeps going back in, changing all the settings back to their own and playing on it. Keeps asking for 2fa, when support removes 2fa it asks for date of birth of original owner... Support is ridiculously rude and takes a day or two to answer. Will be disputing with my bank.

I spent 85$ on a blue squire account. Not only is the price pretty expensive but the customer support is fake. They are all name xevier. The customer support wasted all my time until my warranty ran out so I can’t even get a replacement or refund. All the other options just tell you to make a ticket
