Excellent production of Frozen in Northampton

KINGS LYNN - The whole team are so welcoming, kind and attentive. My daughter absolutely loves attending and has blossomed as time has gone on, its been lovely to see her confidence grow.

Theatretrain has allowed my child to grow in confidence and feel proud of the person she is.
The staff are kind,understanding and respectful of each child's needs.

Theatretrain King’s Lynn is an exciting opportunity for children to express themselves in acting, singing and dancing. My daughter loves it. Over 3 years she grew in confidence, learnt lots of new skills and got some friends. Theatretrain Kings Lynn is like a big family, where everyone is so kind and caring. And this is exciting to watch their shows in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Wishing all of the team lots of inspiration and fun!

The show was beautifully presented, it ran smoothly and demonstrated how hard the children and crew had all worked to put it together. One of the best things was seeing the obvious enjoyment the children got out of it.
Some of the solo speech and singing was difficult to hear, so maybe more work on sound could be done?

My child has been a member of Maidstone Theatretrain for almost 2 years without any major issues. However, that quickly changed once I informed the company director (Olivia) that my child will be leaving.

Despite paying £000's in tuition costs, I was shocked to be told that I would need to pay additional costs for not providing sufficient notice, which the company director insisted was "28 business days" and written in the company T's & C's. I was told several times that "this is company policy" in a manner that I find rude and unprofessional, which is very disappointing.

I later discovered on the company website that "28 calendar days" notice is required, which is actually less than the notice I provided.

Shortly after this, I was informed that the costs would be waived by "head office", rather than the company director acknowledging that a mistake has been made based on the information she provided.

I understand that mistakes can happen but would expect the company director to fully understand her own cancellation policy and communicate this effectively to all parents to avoid unnecessary costs.

I would also expect her to acknowledge and be accountable for any mistakes, to avoid them being repeated in future.

As a result of the unprofessional treatment I received, my child and I will not be returning to this school, and I will not recommend to other parents.

I love watching my little sister perform in these showcases, it makes me so happy seeing her little smile and I’m glad she enjoys theatre train as much as I do! 🩷

Really enjoyed the show today Frozen 30/11/25 at the Cripps theatre Northampton. All of the caste shone with Kristoff shining out like a star.

Amazing show and so wonderfully put together. The children were amazing and the staff did such a brilliant job planning it all. Can’t wait to see the next one!

Theatre Train Waltham Forest is fantastic. For performance but also as a confidence builder and a place to make friends outside of school too. There are opportunities to shine as individuals but also a culture that celebrates each other too.

Theatretrain is a fantastic introduction to all things performing for you children and young adults. My daughter has been a member for 4 years and continues to love it - brilliant teachers, excellent opportunities to perform in shows, and learn key skills.

Iris has been attending King’s Lynn theatre train for 3 years and loves it! Her confidence and ability has grown so much. She has made life lasting presious memories ( such as performing at the Royal Albert Hall) Kate and the team are fabulous and always ensure that the children’s enjoyment is at the heart of everything!

My daughter absolutely loves Theatre Train Kings Lynn. Kate and her team are absolutely brilliant and go out of their way to make every child feel valued and special. It’s absolutely obvious how much everyone enjoys their job. The show that the main company put on last year was was outstanding and super professional. I would highly recommend Theatretrain Kings Lynn to any parents who have a little one who loves music dancing or singing, or indeed all 3. Even if they don’t pursue a career performing, their enjoyment and confidence growth is absolutely priceless.

As a parent of a 7 year old from Theatretrain Loughton, I couldn’t be more proud of the way Jack and his mother organised everything and made it seem so effortless. Very impressed with the children’s final performance and that it all came together beautifully. Bravo to Jack and Gill and to our children xx

My daughter loves theatre train, it’s given her so much confidence. I can’t wait to send my 2nd daughter there next year!

The teachers are absolutely incredible and give every child their opportunity to shine. They always go above an beyond to make everyone feel comfortable in each class or show. They teach the obvious skills of acting singing and dancing but also teach things such as confidence, dedication and team working skills. TheatreTrain has given me so many delightful memories and a large part of that is the time and effort the staff put in and the care they show to each student. Thank you so much TheatreTrain Luton for the amazing experience.

The teachers are amazing and I really look forward to going to theatretrain every week. Very fun and would 100% recommend if you want a fun and friendly environment to be part off
