Don’t use this page/site

Don’t use this page/site. They’re fraudulent and wouldn’t return their error for a mistake their page made. I ordered an engraved bottle for someone who’s retiring googled who ships engraved bottles, found there site. Chose engrave option, typed out the msg over two lines and added it to cart, paid etc. received bottle with no engraving and they claim the webpage never registered it, mind you the only reason I’m using them is for the engraving, I have zero interest in a non-engraved bottle and would never choose a non engraved option more so after I typed the msg and submitted. Customer server won’t own their mistake nor allow me to ship it back for them to fix the problem, they just say all sales are final and won’t admit their page messed up the order not do anything to rectify it. Now I’ve back charged my credit card successfully already and have a free bottle of Johnny blue and need to find a competent webpage who’ll actually engrave the bottle with what I asked for. Do not use these people, 0 stars and they’ll rob you for their mistake and error, use literally anyone else! Feel free to reach our for more info, happy to stick as many nails into these terrible companies coffin as possible

Food and cocktails at another level.

We have been here before and we are never disappointed.

Usually we're cocktail's only but this time we ordered food and were absolutely blown away. . was dubious ordering the salmon, best decision was absolutely blown away by it ... Cooked to perfection and up there with the best Salmon I've had... Presentation 12/10...

I tried to buy the 24 can deal for £30 plus the postage and when you clicked onto buy it the price was more and you have i contacted the seller and they refused honer the deal saying it's a technical fault and had been changed now

Excellent service at great prices

Ordered 24 nitro surge Guinness cans and a Guinness glass. Great price, unfortunately some of the cans were delivered damaged at the top of the can so the nitro surge wouldn’t work. I emailed them to explain, had an email back within hours saying that they will rectify if I could provide pictures which is obviously fair enough.
I sent photos and again within hours I had a reply from Siobhan saying she has sent out replacement cans!
Absolutely brilliant service from Siobhan. Will recommend The Bar to everyone

Great service and products!

I ordered from the bar, I had a slight issue with my order and the friendly staff were able to sort it out quickly with no problems. The item was packaged really well and came in a nice box.

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible - DO NOT ORDER FROM THE BAR.
I placed an order on 31st March 2025, and there is still no sign of the delivery on the 4th April 2025. Customer service are unable to tell me what has happened or where the delivery might be. It's as mythical as a unicorn....
No refund provided either....
Do not use unless you want to throw your money away

I had a mixed experience with The Bar

I had a mixed experience with The Bar. Their website is simple and offers good prices, but delivery and reliability need improvement. Communication was professional, and issues were resolved quickly when items arrived damaged or late. There’s potential, but some hiccups make it hard to fully trust the service. Hopefully, they improve logistics soon.

Very good experience

Dispatch of my order was almost instant, delivery scheduled fast, unfortunately the parcel was damaged by the delivery company so it didn't arrive in the end.

Contacted customer support - they quickly found out the issue, sent me a replacement order which arrived fast and safe the second time.

Overall very good experience, reasonable prices. Great company will surely order from them again.

I placed an order on 8th November for a…

I placed an order on 8th November for a bar paid this via Shopify, and received and text stating we have your order and will let you know when it’s ready for delivery.

It’s now 22 days later and I’ve heard nothing I have sent an email via bard for you contact form nobody has got back I have sent 2 emails via bars for you email address nothing and I’ve sent 2 messages via instragram messanger and still nobody has got back to me, don’t waste your time or amount ordering from here
