Quick shipping. Item was well packed however I had an issue with it. Gemma in customer service went above and beyond to deal with the issue.

Excellent service from this company. I ordered two bottles of Sheridens which arrived the very next day , however the package was damaged and had to be returned. Good communication from Cathreen who sorted it immediately and a new box arrived safely just a couple of days later

What a great trouble free experience ordered on Saturday delivered on Tuesday found my Nitro surge Guinness at a great price also a bottle of my favourite Vodka (£9 off the usual price) so I ended up with free delivery definitely my new go to place for my tipple from now on

Hard to find gin!
So glad to be able to purchase a difficult to find gin! Communication with The Bar was great and parcel arrived on time. I ordered three bottles online very easily and delivery was free. I will definitely use this company again.

Were do I start, was able to take up an offer which when I sorted my technical knowhow and some help from a lovely lady called Ellen my parcel duly arrived next day took less than 24hours which took my breath away, perfectly packaged, am about to enjoy and I'm sure I will. Unbelievable!
Where do l begin? Received an email on Monday 7th October 2024 indicating my order would be delivered on the 8th October which did not happen l contacted customer on the 9th Martin told me he would investigate and get back to nothing, contacted customer services again on Thursday 10th October message from Piaras messaged indicating he had contacted logistics and would investigate and keep me informed of th updates again no delivery and no update Friday 11th.
I am not sure that applies when you receive a message indicating the order will be delivered next day and is out for delivery!

A large order from the Chase…
A large order from the Chase Distillery, which comes under the Diageo and ‘The Bar’ brand umbrella, was regrettably followed by radio silence and a no-show of the multiple ordered bottles. However a quick follow-up call to their helpline to query their whereabouts was answered by Cathreen and there followed a super impressive remedy in the form of the safe arrival of replacement bottles the very next day and a lovely apology. Cathreen is a brilliant ambassador for ‘The Bar’ and Diageo are they are very lucky to have her on their team.

Excellent Customer Service!
I had three weeks of back and forth with Royal Mail after my package was lost in their system before they finally confirmed they’d lost it, but with one message to The Bar I’ve received a replacement within 48 hours! I thought I’d have to wait over the bank holiday weekend for a response to my submission via their site as they advise they’ll respond within 48 hours, but they got back to me and looked into the issue within a matter of hours, and by the next day had confirmed they’d arranged a replacement for next day delivery which has arrived quickly and in one piece! Such excellent customer service from Ellen who handled my query and was super speedy and helpful throughout - very grateful to get this sorted especially as I’d ordered a limited addition bottle for an upcoming birthday.

Please read to the end!!!! I ordered a limited addition bottle of Dead Pool Aviator Gin…it was delivered in tiny pieces in. Royal Mail plastic bag.. HOWEVER!!!! I made contact and “The Bar” sorted everything very quickly, efficiently and in a wonderful manner. I provided them with video evidence of me opening the package so please don’t think, from this review, that they can be tricked. I just had a wonderful experience and they were so professional. Regardless of the initial issue I WOULD order from them again!!!!

I bought a limited edition deadpool aviation gin and it came with the packaging and the bottle top sticker damaged. As it was a collectors item and limited edition I contacted them to see if anything could be done. To my surprise, Ellen went above and beyond and managed to get a new bottle sent out to me! Thankfully this one came not damaged! Thank you Ellen! :)
