No refund for unavailable items
Update: After posting this negative review, I heard from their customer service and did receive a full refund. So I'm editing this review to reflect this update.
I spent nearly $200 at this website and was charged by three different retailers. I received two shipments (one included the cocktail kits and one was a bottle of tequila) those were both fine. However, I never received the third shipment that I was charged for. Multiple weeks later, I was informed that the vendor couldn't fulfill my order, and but was not refunded until after I posted this negative review.

Highly recommended
Having made a couple of orders now from The Bar I'm very impressed with the whole experience. Delivery was super quick, customer services dealt with my issue very quickly which was resolved fairly. The packaging is excellent and the pricing of the different offers they have make it very competitive. Would certainly order again.

I have shopped with the bar before for quite a long time then didn't need anything for a while but when ready to shop again didn't dream of going elsewhere as always fast and efficient with free delivery and a5 pound bonus on next shop can't beat that anywhere so thanku
