I placed a custom order on 12/13 and as of 12/20 have yet to hear from this company as to when my order will ship. I have sent 2 emails with no response and their customer service phone number does not connect you with anyone. Hopefully, we can update this review and will hear back from someone at The Bar

This company has a brilliant customer service, I say this is because they went out there way to contact courier who failed to deliver my parcel, hence 24hrs tracking 😀 anyway I received this parcel on Sunday, 3 days late. Anyway this service was absolutely brilliant 👏 👌 👍

Fabulous service from this company, have used them several times this year. On the one occasion the goods were damaged they sorted things straight away. Would give them ten out of ten for service and I will continue to use them

Be careful when you are using a promo…
Be careful when you are using a promo code. I had a promo code that took off a significant amount but the tax didnt go down at all. it was the same. That means that they pocket your sales tax. they take away the amount after tax/fee and shipping. The amount should be removed at the subtotal not total. Maybe an oversight but i wonder how much they have made from this. Thousands on Thousands? could be a class action lawsuit in the making.

Easy to order & quick delivery
Used the website as it was the cheapest place to get some gifts from a Christmas list for my brother in law.
Really easy to order & pay. Very quick delivery. Took 24 hours from order to door. Parcel was well packed and no breakages. Would definitely use again!
