Total lies from this place. Asked for my shipping confirmation and it was bogus. Products were never shipped. They told me they did not have my product so never shipped AFTER they sent me a bogus shipping label which said had NOT shipped because was not received by SHIPPER. After several email attempts I called week later, asked me if I wanted to wait for product they did not have and I said yes(already late for my fathers birthday gift) but then never received ANY confirmation of this either. TOTAL SHAM! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. MISSED MY FATHERS 90TH BIRTHDAY GIFT WITH THIS LAME COMPANY.
UPDATE-AT END OF THE MONTH, MY PARENTS DID RECEIVE THIS ORDER BUT WEEKS LATE. WE HAD BEEN REIMBURSED BY THIS COMPANY ALREADY SO PRODUCT WAS FREE. NOT SOMETHING I WANTED BUT FEEL COMPENSATED. THANK YOU

The Barrel Tap uses an incompetent…
The Barrel Tap uses an incompetent delivery service, which failed to attempt delivery four times, then delivered my order to the wrong address and could not retrieve it. The Barrel Tap then told me my order had been reshipped, but could not be delivered after three attempts because no one was home. That was totally false and the delivery service confirmed it was false. The Barrel Tap has since refused to even respond to every request for fulfillment of my order or even for information/explanation why it won't fix this problem. They have my order and my money, and won't even answer my inquiries. (They finally refunded my order without explanation or apology.)
