Money owed since December 2023. Not responding to emails. Fraudulent Company. Avoid!

I ordered a blood test kit in Sept 2023. Shortly afterwards, I heard the founder/owner had left the company as he has faked being a qualified doctor!?

I was told by a few fitness industry experts that although he had left, the rest of the team were still testing and sending results .

I went to a local phlebotomist and had the samples posted to Blood Lab.
3-4 weeks passed and I heard nothing. The links on their website don't work. They don't reply to emails.
I have raised as fraud with my bank.

Do not use.

Absolutely shocking service, blood samples sent in almost 3 weeks ago and have had no feedback.
I have emailed both the info and enquiries email addresses with no response as well as have tried calling the phone number online and messaged with still no response!

Looked at trying to get refund but no option to request

UPDATE: now one month since sample sent and still no results, nor response from emails or calls nothing ??

I’m happy with the information I got but the test was outsourced and performed by a different company and the consultation took weeks to arrange and when I finally did have one over the phone I spoke to a man who was also from a different company and told me there’s no way to naturally increase my testosterone and it’s not something I should try to do, and that testosterone is not linked to increased performance or recovery. Which is ridiculous.

So all in all I feel like it’s not worth the money and the consultants are not informed on all the information they’re covering. Wouldn’t use these guys again.

Bloods taken with some solid advice through a consultation call on how to bring certain levels back into range - Chris knowledge was second to none with this stuff and was able to advise exactly what to do to bring levels back into range through supplementation. I’ve had bloods taken before but never have I had a call afterwards on how to help just some written blurb through medichecks … I would highly recommend the blood lab

I had an advanced+ blood test done and it went very well. I was well looked after during the bloods as I am a fainter! I also had the scheduled call with Chris to discuss the results. Supplements were recommended with no pressure to purchase. Blood work was back within 2 weeks with a full and comprehensive report which is also very visual using bar plots to indicate range. The report can be easily downloaded which you can then bring to your own GP.
I thought it was a great service and well worth travelling to Dublin for.

A great professional team who all make you feel very relaxed and well looked after. I was pretty nervous before getting them done as I’ve had bad experiences in the past with pain. But didn’t feel a thing. The process is very well explained and was definitely in good hands. Will be using them for the foreseeable future. Thanks!

The blood labs are single handedly the best private blood analysis clinic in the country in my opinion, the service & knowledge is second to none. Highly recommend for anyone that cares about health.

Incredible service from start to finish.

I initially spoke to Becky to go through a few issues I was having and what test would be best. She was incredibly helpful.
Visited the Manchester clinic and the lady taking my bloods took the time to explain each marker, how to view the results on “mylab” and how to book in for a results review with Dr Chris.
My results came through In a matter of days and I received a text to let me know they were now available for viewing.
On the results review with Dr Chris he explained every single marker to me in detail. He recommended what I could do to improve anything out of range and even took the time to answer a few of my questions at the end.

I will never use anywhere else again to get my bloods done.

Great communication easy to talk with. Educate you on what you need for better health goin forward.

After years of feeling fatigued, frustrated and not listened to, I finally feel as though I am getting somewhere. I can’t recommend The Blood Lab experience enough, from the moment bloods were taken until the follow up appointment with Dr Chris. I went for my bloods and just over 24hrs later I got my results finally shedding some light on the symptoms I am experiencing. After my consultation with Chris who is extremely knowledgeable, I have been recommended several supplements to get my health and mojo back on track. I am excited for my next test in a few months to see how much I’ve improved. I will NOT be putting my trust anywhere else again!

The online portal itself is great it allows me to easily understand everything and I can share it with my coach and compare results in future testing

Very quick and simple procedure with a fast turnaround for the results. Then followed up by an appointment with a Medical professional to discuss the results. Couldn’t ask for an easier process!

I cannot recommend the blood lab enough. My experience with them having an advanced hormone analysis was incredibly thorough and my 1:1 follow up with Chris in particular, less than a week later was incredibly detailed. Not only this, but after having a scare with a breast abnormality, Chris managed to arrange a way in which I could have a scan privately following a long wait on the nhs breast cancer referral. I’m so pleased and proud to say that this has been added to their ever growing list of services that they can offer privately, so that no one else has to go through that stressful wait. What an incredible group of people that really are doing the most for their athletes, even when they are not being paid to do so. I will never go anywhere else.

This is the second time using the blood lab and it won't be the last. Very quick and painless process, but the information you get back is full and in depth.
The consultation with Chris after explains everything you need and will answer any worries you have.

So glad I was recommended to the blood lab. From start to finish they have been super friendly and extremely informative. There aftercare service and recommendations to improve my overall health has been wonderful. Highly recommend this company and will be returning soon.
