They claim that the door sill lights will fit your car. They also claim if you're not 100% satisfied, they will refund every penny. Wrong! The product does not fit my car and they want to offer refund for 30% of what I paid, like they are doing me a favor! Talk about false advertising! The product is cheaply made in China and it may not fit your car, even if you tell them the year, make and model. Lisa Bell needs to learn about customer service and satisfaction! Don't waste your time or money!

One of the door sills never worked out of the package. Then, the other sill kept sliding out the car even using the tape. I contacted customer support and received a response that I would be contacted within 24hrs. 4 days later, I contacted them again and received the following response from Lisa...
"We would like to inform you that since it has been more than a week since the package was delivered and the item appears to have been in use, the supplier has unfortunately declined our request for compensation".
What kind of crap is this.
#1 One of the sills never worked so at least replace it
#2 The magnet and tape are poor quality so provide better tape or something
Bottom line...they're not doing anything about it because their manufacturer said no. It appears BloomCar doesn't make anything, they're just the salespeople (3rd party). Buyer beware...

If I could give it 0 stars I would horrible product cheaply made don’t stick I waited almost a month to receive mine I received the car door sills and there was scratches all over them and one had a big crack in it do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money

Entgegen der vielen negativen Bewertungen bin ich insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit den Produkten. Anfangs war ich skeptisch und hatte sogar überlegt, die Sendung direkt als Retoure zurückzuschicken, ohne sie überhaupt anzunehmen. Dann dachte ich mir: " Sei´s drum sind ja 'nur' 70 Euro." 😄

Jetzt zu den LED-Einstiegsleisten:
✅ Sie funktionieren einwandfrei! Die Magnete halten gut, und es werden sogar zusätzliche Klebestreifen mitgeliefert. Ich habe sie nur bei den vorderen Türen genutzt, da ich meine bereits verbauten Einstiegsleisten nicht entfernen wollte. Hinten halten sie perfekt.
✅ Ein kleiner Anpassungsaufwand war nötig – ich musste meine Türdichtungen minimal einschneiden, damit der Helligkeitssensor richtig arbeiten kann. Aber nichts Dramatisches!

Zusätzlich gab es gratis LED-Leuchten für den Dachhimmel, und auch die funktionieren ohne Probleme.

Ich weiß nicht, was die anderen hier für Produkte bekommen haben, aber meine sind super! 😃✨

Installed my customized sills today! They look very nice. I couldn’t use the magnets so I used some 1/2” 3M double sided tape. They aren’t going anywhere! It’s important to pay attention where the charging port and sensor are when you use tape vs the magnets. Time will tell how well they hold up.

Horrible customer service that kept playing games after I sent them video of their delivery driver THROWING our package at the door from 10 feet away, impressively landing on the step and probably breaking them. They seemed to try to get us to open it after saying if it was opened it could be returned. Then tried to get us to return it to China at our expense for a refund. No wonder shipping took 2+ weeks. Just buy it from China because these guys aren't the ones making it and you're getting ripped off with bad customer service. Then they tried to keep giving us partial refunds despite saying theyd send me a refund if I provided documentation. Just nonstop games wasting our time and going back on their word so we filed a dispute. DON'T BUY

Ware bei dieser Firma bestellt und defekt geliefert. Bei Reklamation soll man die Ware nach Asien zurück senden, obwohl die Ware aus Köln hier in Deutschland kommt. Ware mit Sendungsverfolgung versichert zurück geschickt und trotz Zustellungsnachweis Ware bei Bloomcar nicht auffindbar. Bestellung lief über Klarna und musste 160 Euro inklusive der Gebühren von Ceo Inkasso für Ware von 90 Euro bezahlen. Nach Recherche Bloomcar in Deutschland nirgends vertreten. Bitte haltet Abstand von solchen Käufen. In meinen Augen war das vorsätzlicher Betrug

I bought door sill and they can't broken. I email the company and Lisa Bell reply back stating a replacement will be send to me, also Lisa state no need to returned the old back due to no use for them. I just got the replacement and is not even the same door sill I order. What I got is a door sill for a toy car. Is not even half the size from the original that I order and they only send one instead of two. What a joke of a company. You can't even get a live agent. Communication is only by email. I should have known better

Die Mitarbeiterin LisaBell war sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und hat schnell auf die E-Mails reagiert. Sie hat viel versucht, um mit mir eine Lösung zu finden. Das war eine große Unterstützung.

Lisa Bell was beyond excellent with her customer service. I had an order that required some complex requests to say the least and she was there with an answer and action for all of them. It was also pretty last minute but she was also diligent in making sure that that wasn’t an issue either. All within a timely fashion. I am extremely appreciative with her expertise. They lost both of packages, (they claim) and they didn't want to honor a refund. I found out they put in an insurance claim and so that let me know they got my money on top of the insurance claim for lost package. If I could rate a 0 I would because they are horrible! They have great advertisement to "reel" people in and all 'm saying is don't take the bait! Read the reviews on her because they are very similar. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Company Is A Complete Scam, They Sell Cheap Ass Products That Fail And Then Don't Refund Your Money!!!!

The worst company to do business with. Can't reach a live agent, emails received stating refusal to forward a return label for a refund. Product doesn't fit my car, per my mechanic. Now I am stuck with a useless item for my car, refusal of a refund and have lost my money to this company.

I never thought pedals could make such a difference, but they do. The glow is subtle but noticeable, and I love the effect.
