​Stay far away from Add-On Design! I ordered their LED door sills after seeing their flashy advertisements and videos, and what actually arrived looked nothing like what was shown. The product is cheap, completely misdescribed, and nowhere near the quality demonstrated in their promotional ads.
​When I reached out for a refund, their so-called customer service immediately started giving me the runaround. First, they demanded pictures. I provided them. Then they changed the rules and demanded videos. Every single message is another delay tactic and another ridiculous excuse designed purely to drag out the process and avoid returning my hard-earned money.
​They will happily take your payment instantly, but the moment you want a refund for their deceptive junk, they stall and stonewall you. Do not fall for their slick social media ads—what you see is NOT what you get, and you will fight tooth and nail just to get ignored.
​Save yourself the headache, protect your wallet, and buy your car accessories from a legitimate, trustworthy seller instead. ZERO stars!

Ordered Kia Stinger lighted door sills. They sent KN door sills which are not what I ordered. I have emailed several times to get them exchanged, no response. Terrible customer service. I should have read the reviews before ordering. This place is TRASH! I'm going to post on every platform warning potential customers not to do business with this company!

Bought some light up door strips, they arrived weeks later, later than I was told and they were printed wrong! They ask your car model and this was printed on them along with Ford and the Ford logo! This was NOT what I asked for and their response was their ‘production team interpreted it like that.’ Complete waste of money I cannot use them and their customer service is shocking, no help, no resolution DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Poor products and worse customer service, unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews first and I see it has happened to someone else.

I bought two trackers one for each car but they only sent one tracker ! The case they sent it in was for two trackers. It also sets up as being a car horn?

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Add-On Design. I ordered a product with the logo specifically requested for my Tesla Model X, but the item I received had the wrong logo and instead said “Tesla 2023.”
I contacted the company to explain the mistake and asked them to correct it, but they refused to fix or replace the product.
Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a company handles them. Unfortunately, in my experience, customer service did not take responsibility or offer a reasonable solution.
I would not recommend Add-On Design based on my experience. Make sure you carefully verify what you are ordering, because if there is an error, they may not be willing to correct it.

Bought 4 Any track pro 1 year ago and they have all stopped working.
Contacted Add on design and was told they were over the 30 day warranty.
Avoid!!

Setup was very easy and fast. Unless the thief keeps their Bluetooth turned on, and parks your item really close to a Bluetooth phone source, you will never find your stuff. My last know location was 26 hrs ago and was somewhere inside a 3 mile circle. Car has been all over town.

They were all talkative when they got my money but never sent my door sills after many weeks, despite my paying for express shipping. I live in AUSTRALIA and thought they were from America, yet when I queried them, their website said I had “no order” with them, their tracking number kept changing, and they then tried to say it was delivered from CHINA … to ENGLAND. …. NOT Australia! Absolute SCAMMERS. Then they didn’t answer emails

I got 2 of these to find out they aren't GPS they are linked via bluetooth which wont give you around the world tracking. The advert is very deceiving regarding GPS tracking. I wouldn't recommend.

The description says they are “real time GPS” trackers. But they are not they simply use the Apple ecosystem, just like an Apple AirTag. Have tried to contact the company many times but to no avail. They are not “as described”!

Purchased 2 within 3 month both did not work. Tried to resolve the matter with the seller, however they advised there was only a 1 month warranty. What a joke. Speaks to how much confidence they have in the product.

Brought 4 add track pros from this company a different product turned up they clam it's a updated version but that is not what I ordered this is false advertising and I am now waiting for a response on a refund

I submitted a review in July 25 and to my surprise in Apr 26 they responded and wanted to help. The offered to reship the product I never received but then qualified it by saying I needed to amend my review. I said I would do that after I received the product. Never heard anything since so they are obviously just trying to improve their reviews and in my opinion should not be trusted!

Only one magnetic cover gor two trackers. Trackers set up ok. Delivery time took a bit longer than expected. Overall ok but wouldnt use again even though no problems.

Customer service is spot on

I purchased two last year and really pleased - easy to set-up and original batteries still working fine after months! I can just look at my phone and can see where my van and car are parked. Just bought two more as getting another car and one for my freind also. Great Price!!

Somewhat misleading in their advertising regarding "real time GPS". Their "AnyTrack Pro" simply uses Bluetooth Crowd Sourcing from other cell phones very near where the vehicle is you placed the device in.

Somewhat area as to the general location of the automobile, but certainly not anywhere near exact. No real time speed reads.

Remember folks, you get only what you pay for. These "AnyTrack Pro" crowd sourcing devices are only a step or two better than nothing.

Ps. Their address is supposed to a city in New Mexico, but shown as being in New York according to their website. Kinda sketchy if you know what I mean.

Bought a tracker for my car which stopped working and they made every exscuse they could to get out of replacing the faulty unit with a new one . BUNCH OF CROOKS

I ordered a 2 pack of trackers ,They say I only ordered 1 but they charged for 2, It came without the magnetic case, and the company said this was the latest edition, I have managed to.pair it to android and it works ,I would NOT recommend this company, Reading the reviews it is clear they don't care about customers, The old addage , Buyer Beware.
