Impressed with the turn around time…
Impressed with the turn around time from placing order to arrival of package. Nice to find a pine soap--"the pine top". Also, the scrub bag was a nice add.

Order was shipped super fast and…
Order was shipped super fast and exactly what I expected. I’ve read some reviews stating the bars are small but I personally think they are close to the size of bar I was using. Soap suds up nicely, smells great, and leaves a nice feeling on your skin of clean and moisturized.

Did not start off well.... but
Did not start off well. I received my package and half of my order was missing from the box. Box had been damaged. I sent an email along with a picture and within 30 minutes the missing part of my order was being replaced. That is fantastic customer service. As far as the soap. I love it! Smells great. Leaves your skin feeling clean and refreshed. I will be ordering these products again and again.

Hi George! Thanks for reaching out. We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the size of the soaps. We include a to scale photo on our photo carousel to help illustrate the size. Per our FAQ, with proper drying care, our bars last up to 4 weeks with moderate consistent daily use. Every household is different so this number will change depending on the amount of soap you use daily, water usage, and how many people are in your household. We hope that helps!

Bars are SMALL!
When my order arrived, I was excited. When I opened the package, I was unpleasantly surprised to see how SMALL the bars are. The soap smells good enough and lathers decently. But at about $6 per bar, I can't justify being a repeat customer.

We see here that you purchased our Rugged Variety set. In our 3 bar packs, each bar has been discounted to $4.30 and is reduced to $3.73 each with a subscription.
