Sent a Canada Goose coat to be cleaned. I was a bit unsure about sending it, but it had a stain on I couldn’t remove and they were very responsive and I read good reviews. They provided very clear instructions on how to send and fantastic communication throughout. Although the stain could not be removed completely, it did lighten and I know they did their best. They contacted me at every stage, returned it in good condition and even checked it had been received as soon as they saw the courier had delivered it. Very good service and would not hesitate to use again.

Wow where do I begin!
My less an a month old Canada Goose got blood stain on from my LB incident and this was stress.

I have a Hugo Boss parka that I hadn’t worn in a few years. Naturally it smelled of storage and the fabric looked grimy given the waterproofing coatings had faded after years of wearing it. I took it to a few dry cleaners before but no one would help. The CleaningDoc advert randomly appeared on my social feed and I contacted them. They responded quickly (despite them being quite busy) and asked for photos and details on what needs to be done and I was also given a price and rough leadtime on the spot. After dropping off the coat at a nearby location, they picked it up and returned it via FedEx a week later. During the course of that week I received regular updates on progress and estimated completion date. I am amazed that the coat looks fresh and good as new! The grime and smell have gone and I’m excited to wear it again during these cold winter months. I would definitely recommend them and in fact my wife has already expressed her interest to have some of her garments professionally cleaned. Thank you for your service!

The people were clear with their communication. I sent 2 Ami Paris jumpers and a Moncler Maya which were returned to me cleaned to the point where I thought they sent me brand new items. The people were really understanding as I was away from my home for a while and they were able to hold the items until I returned.

I had a white Canada goose parka coat which had marks all over the stitching and round the neck area. Due to it being white it is very easy to get grubby however I had it cleaned at a normal dry cleaners and it came back in the exact same condition. The cleaning doc looked a really cool professional option after looking at their website and Instagram i was sure they would get my coat back to looking great. Their communication is excellent and im very happy with the overall finish on my coat. It looks brand new. There's no point having an expensive garment if you are not going to look after it and clean properly. The cleaning doc is 100 x better than a typical dry cleaner. I will definitely use again in the future. Thank you

Overall great experience. I regularly received updates and communication from the team throughout the process. Professional, communicative and reasonably priced. I shipped off a grubby Paul Smith suit to these guys, and they totally revitalised it. Would highly recommend if you’re struggling to remedy stubborn, persistent stains!

Gave them my canada goose coat on tuesday which had a lot of soiling hadnt been washed since i purchased it just recieved it back today and wow what a big difference looks like its a brand new coat. A big thank you to the team for getting my goose all fresh again. Highly recommend using the cleaning doc. Fast and excellent service worth every penny. You wont be disappointed.

The guys did a fantastic job with my Canada Goose jacket and although they didn’t manage to get a paint stain out (they explained thoroughly why this could not be done) I feel the communication from start to finish was second to none. Some may say it is pricey but in my opinion if you are willing to spend hundreds on designer wear then you are more than willing to pay for the upkeep of that garment to ensure its longevity. These guys are ace and I would recommend them to anyone
