Order never arrived, now I have had 26 emails requesting my money back still hasn't arrived SCAM

Appalling company. Placed an order in mid July. Started chasing 4 weeks later - kept getting the same reply from ‘Jess’ of ‘oh my goodness let me look into that for you’. Assured me a replacement had been sent. Refused to say which courier company or date of despatch. I eventually cancelled the order on September and was assured a refund would be sent. 6 weeks since then - still no refund, no pillow. Now I have Hayley saying ‘ oh my goodness let me look into that for you’…
I suspect this is a scam company. If I could give zero stars I would. Beware and avoid!!

My pillow was a little delayed but I was informed by email to keep me in the loop. I had a few questions as I have an immune disease that gives me a sore neck and back and they were very helpful in making and understanding the decision! Customer service has been great.

SCAM ALERT ! I ordered the pillows , once received they were probably the worst pillows I have ever used , I took it up with emails and said they were gonna give me a refund it’s been over a month and every time I email them they give me a different excuse . STAY AWAY FROM!

My order was delayed but a lady called Jess kept me updated in a very friendly manner. My husband is delighted with his new pillow which has made a big difference to his sleeping and provided the neck support he needed.

Delivery was fast, pillow is great. Recommend for anyone with neck and shoulder issues due to poor posture during sleep.

Efficient small business i would highly recommend. Placed my order and my pillows arrived i have slept soundly eversince. Their aftersale service is comendable too.

I ordered a ComfortLab orthopaedic pillow as I like to sleep on my side. I have found that the pillow supports my neck and shoulder very well at night and I don't get the arm pain in the morning that I used to get. I recommend this pillow.

Bought a pillow 10-9-26 and once I paid I saw the extremely poor reviews. Checked the site's cancellation policy and as I was within the timeframe requested a refund which was approved.

I received an email from them stating they would cancel my order and issue a refund. They have now told me this three times and I am still waiting for the refund.

Funnily enough my honest but negative review was removed from their FB advert. Only then did I notice there are no reviews visible until you purchase the product.

Will now have to fight this via my bank as this company obviously has no intention of processing my refund.

Amazing customer service, I sent a few emails about my order as to when it would arrive to me and Jess answered my questions so quickly, tracked my parcel for me and kept me updated !

Excellent response to my query from Jess - so nice to get a bit of human communication for a change.

We wanted to return as my wife’s diagnosis change several emails bounced back and too. 30% discount then 40% discount because you can’t tele them . I said the goods are coming back they gave a address a inpost

I was pleased with the personal email as our pillows were being shipped. When they arrived, I contacted them again to let them know, and I asked my question. I couldn't find the zipper at first (for the washable cover), it is hidden so well in the seam. 🤝

We are pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the pillows are, I really needed the neck support and since using mine I haven't woken with a headache (which I usually do, as a sufferer of chronic tension headaches)

I rate them five stars for the pillow, and also the prompt emails.

Absolutely do not buy the orthopaedic pillows. They are hard, uncomfortable and unsuitable. When I tried to return them, there was no way to do that from Australia, they have no return address. That tells you how dodgy they are. Offered me 30% discounted which is ridiculous for something not fit for purpose. Then offered 50%, I again refused. No refund and no return until I said I would contact my bank. Finally got my money back.

Absolutely do not buy from this company. Bought a pillow at the end of July. I had tracking for the first one which went awol to god knows where on 7th AUG. According to tracking, the pillow is still in a warehouse in Braintree and is processing for delivery. That was the 7th Aug! Company don't seem interested in following this up with the delivery company and have claimed to have since sent me 2 more replacement pillows, (2nd one didn't turn up, nor did the 3rd one, what a surprise!) but no tracking provided despite me asking for this. 45 emails to the company later and several conversations on messenger I am still waiting for a refund! Constant fobbing off, stalling and dragging their heels with excuse after excuse. So in all, they have allegedly sent me 3 pillows and made 5 refund attempts, and yet I have yet to get any of this. Raised a case with Klarna. Absolute joke of a company. You have been warned!

I received a sweat shirt from this company and I am over the moon with it. Lovely colour,size is perfect and message it heart felt. Very pleased

An absolute scam, DO NOT BUY THIS PILLOW!!!!!
It did turn up, but took 3weeks, it came straight from China.
So thin and un-supportive. Have been trying to get a refund and sent over 30 emails. 100% refund is a total lie. Don't waste $80 on a $5 pillow

I cannot believe this company are getting away with not doing what they say. They say money back if you are not happy however that is false advertising as they don't refund you. Do not buy anything from this company

Terrible company AVOID like the plague.
Take your money, send cheap item direct from China which takes weeks. Pillow was different to shown, was uncomfortable and the first night i used it a blood vessel burst in my eye. Asked for the 90 day refund and they made me pay to send it back and then kept promising to do a manual refund that never happened. I have now lost close to £100 because of this rip off company.
