I have been ordering clothes on this website. I really love the styles but sometimes it was hard for me to choose the size, so I did want to return some of them. The customer service was so helpful and quickly response to me, then gave me very good offer. In my experience this is the best customer service ever. Will order more stuff with their offer 🥰

Although my order took almost a month or more to receive, i am happy with the quality, customer service, and fast response. I ordered around 40 to 50 items which all were great quality and material! Unfortunately, I returned a few things that did not fit to my liking, and placed a cancellation request on a few items that were “Out of Stock” still pending for delivery. The customer service was great at processing my cancellation request plus refund, and immediately guaranteed a return label for the clothes that didn’t fit. I will definitely come back and shop, their commitment to provide a smooth shopping experience has left a great impression. Just be advised, their quality and style is amazing, due to high demand, give yourself enough time when you order, specially if you need items for an event. Order takes a month or two to receive. Second, when returning items, remember order #, keep all tags, and clothes in their bag, email each item detail description, sku number for each, and brief description for each. Once you get a return label print and take to UPS and request a receipt and email to retailer for refund. Hope this helps!!! Happy shopping

Great quality, was so impressed with all the pieces I got. A few things didn’t fit but it was too expensive for me to send back to return so they offered me a great option of store credit which I took. Love and will be ordering more!

I am very pleased with my first purchase. Loved all 3 stylish items. My second order included a dress that I ended up not liking, so I was given a store credit instead of having to send it back. I’m looking forward to ordering again.

I have to say that the professionalism in this company is outstanding. I had to do a return, because the item was too big for me and they were so helpful and would email back so quick and resolve my problem.

The clothes were really nice quality! Unfortunately, I got my sizing wrong, but their customer service was amazing. Will definitely be shopping with them again.

The clothes feel like good quality. But they are not size inclusive for smaller/petite sizes. I'm a size 0 or sometimes a 00 depending on if the brand runs larger. Their size 0 runs too large for me in both trousers and tops. I went by the size guide, and some items are too large for me, where only a couple items fit me like a 0. When you contact them about a return, they only give you store credit or half a refund and the rest in store credit... You have to pay another $8 for shipping to use the store credit. They claim they have easy returns within 14 days on their product pages. It felt a bit misleading after seeing this 'badge' of honor advertised, that returning money back for an incorrect fit is not indeed easy. I probably won't order from them anymore.

All the items came in good conditions and they are good quality. Customer service is fast and efficient. Well packaged.
