Absolutely amazing customer service. Tom went out of his way to help us as my husband managed to mess up the posting of my sons controller. My son is really loves the clicksticks & would recommend. I honestly cannot fault this company, they are fantastic. Thanks again

This is my second purchase of this company and I'd highly recommend this to anyone looking for advantages to their controller. The prices are much better than the more well known company's and the quality of the clickstick are great. I'd definitely rate this company a 5, too underrated if you ask me. I have tried different controllers. Because I have big hands, I could'nt play comfortable! These controllers are just the most ergonomic I've had. I'm very happy about the clicksticks because I can finally concentrate on the gameplay. #Ergonomics

After 3 bad Controllerst from SCUF (all broke withing 3 weeks!) and very bad customer support (took 3 Months to fix it, no idea how long it will last) i decided, i want to give others a chance. SCUF being the market leader, uses Paddles on the backside of the controller. Despite the fact, that the underlying button seems to die after 1 Month normal usage, they are very hard to press. I mainly play destiny, that requires a lot of double-tapping the right paddle (oddly enough alwas the LEFT one broke first). This is very hard to do with that much resistance. Thecontrollerpeople use a small trigger or "stud" instead. I have testet both and have to say, the triggers are the most comfortable "Paddle" i have ever used. Also, the build quality was excellent. SCUF has weird Triggers (used for the shooting for instance), that always feel a lot worse than a standart PS4 controller. Not so with this one: The controller i got from thecontrollerpeople was reliable, easy to operate and comfortable. I Have used 3 different SCUF-controllers as Reference, and they dont even come close. The controller from thecontrollerpeople is currently also the only one still functioning as intended. Oh and did i mention the price yet? The support? Almost forgot: When my parcel was delayed they really took good care of it. EVERY email was answered after only a few hours and it all worked out. After i broke my initial controller in a very sad moment, they gave me advice via email, how to repair it myself and offered a repair if i couldnt manage.
I now ordered another one with the new trigger stops and all. I Then wanted some special features like aluminium buttons (something they didnt offer) and they were so helpful to make it happen. Offering to let me send in the parts and put it all together for me. Simply amazing.

When i ordered my first controller i was a bit unsure that the quality and consistent performance would be there using a modified controller, but when the controller arrived in a well presented box (shipped the next day) i could tell straight away this product has been put together by absolute professionals.

The clicksticks in which the company pride themselves on are in my opinion the very best modification you can possibly have. If your thinking about getting a paddle style modification controller think about are they going to be comfortable when pressing them? are they going to withstand constant wear and tear? all i say is do your research before you purchase, i own a paddle style controller and i may aswell throw it in the bin because its just gathering dust.

Ive been using the clicksticks for a while now and there's no turning back my gaming has dramatically improved i almost feel guilty that i have such an edge over other gamers :) i now own two clickstick controllers and all i can say is thank you thecontrollerpeople for delivering such an outstanding product and thanks tom for your excellent customer relations you really know your stuff ;)
