Our Founders: Lyndsey Hellyn & Stephanie Bennett are the co-founders of The Curiosity Approach. With over 50 years teaching and leadership experience in Early Childhood, we are the Directors of 6 nurseries across the Midlands, all based on The Curiosity Approach ethos. With over 120 employees working and serving 500+ children and their families. We recently featured on the BBC as the “nursery with no toys” and have been voted Top 10 Day Nursery in the West Midlands on daynurseries.co.uk. We have multiple Ofsted rated “outstanding” sites. We are huge advocates of young children and are dedicated to raising standards of Early Years provisions. Motivating educators to be passionate and curious professionals, who in turn provide wonderous opportunities for children.

Extremely thought provoking!
Really grateful to Tracy for sharing her insights and innovative creative ideas with our Education and Early Years T Level staff. I think it's so important to understand the 'why' behind process over product and Tracy shared so many theories and rationale to it's important, especially in maximising a young person's creativity. The examples that Tracy showed on how practitioners can embed these solutions into the classroom definitely left a lot of food for thought as well! Tracy is clearly passionate about her subject and has an energetic facilitation style. We received fantastic feedback following this event and teachers were excited to share The Curiosity Approach with their students back in the classroom. I would not hesitate to ask Tracy back to deliver a follow-up workshop.
