After a bit of delay on delivery- this company pulled out all the stops - not only sending extra goodies in our parcel but also giving a full refund wow what amazing customer service. I can’t recommend this company enough- truly one of the best services I’ve ever had - Thank you so much The Crabtee family

Placed an order for charcuterie and other items pre Xmas. Order arrived on time, but with packets of charcuterie missing and no prior advice about a necessary change etc. One lot was a gift, so emailed (funnily enough, there is no phone number for customer service) straight away (13/12) and asked for assistance. No reply. Emailed again (18/12) and still have heard nothing from them. I’m due a refund as the meat which I think was put in as a part alternative (but not sure as no communication!) was cheaper than what I ordered.
The charcuterie is lovely, but the customer service so poor that I simply wont use again.

Continuously impressed with the quality of products delivered in my subscription box. I recently bought the product for a friends birthday and she LOVED it! The team were helpful and communicative when I had to get in contact to update my delivery information, so thank you for some great customer service too! Highly recommend.

Fantastic concept, poor delivery

We had 3 month subscription box for the deli society as a birthday present. We love our wines and charcuterie, and were really excited.

Our first box arrived, and we were missing the saucisson as well as was given the wrong information pamphlet. Really disappointing as the premise is you read about the produce you consume. After many emails back and forth (and chasing), we received the missing produce with our 2nd box.

Our third box came, and it was a Spanish, our favourite. Opened the box, and they replaced chorizo with Italian meats. Why have a product which the premise is pairing, and consistently send the wrong product? Emailed customer service, week on heard nothing back.

For the price you pay, you expect the product to be correct, and good customer service. Sadly our experience of something which should of been great, was really poor.

Would not recommend.

No communication awful after sales same products month after month absolutely no variety there's better subscription companies available don't be fooled

We've recently set up a membership group for investors, and looked for something that would act as a welcome gift to all new-joiners. It's been a great service, with good email comms whenever updates or last-minute changes have needed to be made.

I’ve used this company a few times for gifts and always been so impressed but most recently I used it for a party and honestly the food was just amazing. So many people asked me where I had got everything from as the quality of the food is just so much better than what I would usually buy. The service is incredible too, having everything delivered to your door is so helpful! Will keep using and recommending to everyone I know.

We relished a memorable Friday night in, savouring the exquisite cheeses and thoughtfully matched wine. The Deli Society certainly surpassed our expectations, combining a swift and on-time delivery, impeccable presentation, and a diverse array of extremely tasty products. We're very excited for the next box!

Really impressed with deli society. I ordered some cheese for my cheese loving partner as a gift and we enjoyed it so much we order the cheese regularly and throw in the odd meat and empanadas too. All so delicious. Would defo recommend

HOW CAN YOU SELL PANCETTA THAT CONTAINS NITRATES AS ORGANIC ?
I WILL HAVE TO DISCARD ALL THE PANCETTA DELIVERED TO ME AS NEITHER MYSELF OR MY FAMILY WILL EAT NITRATES.

Where to begin?! I had been gifted a hamper from a friend on my birthday and was absolutely blown away by the quality and taste of the products! When Christmas rolled around and my Company were looking for gifts to send out to our clients, I knew these hampers would be PERFECT and I was not disappointed. I was inundated with messages about how stunning the hampers were and what an amazing selection of products were inside. An absolute 10/10 experience and a special shout out to Lucy who was extremely helpful in making sure all of the orders got to the right person in time for Christmas. Thank you to everyone at Deli Society!

Selected a delivery date for our order, the order arrived two days early when we weren't home and the package was stolen. No reply to our emails or attempts to contact them.

12/1/24 update. They have since the review refunded the money for the order which is a positive. But obviously we really wanted the products for our Christmas. Ultimately if they couldn't fulfil the boxing day delivery we should have been informed when or very shortly after we placed the order.

Would highly recommend

I became a member and was offered £15 off my first order. I had to spend a minimum of £40. Because free shipping has a minimum of £50, I selected 5 of the items. I put in the £15 off code which took it down to £44.95. BUT... they then charge you for shipping - min. £5.99! So my £15 off min. spend £40 becomes £50.94! It's really only £10 discount not £15.
So I looked for a phone number for them but none exists on their website or email!

Purchased a TOMAHAWK & RED WINE Bundle for 2 as a gift. It arrived and I was dissatisfied due to a couple of reasons however I emailed the deli society and Harry responded quickly sorting out my concerns and going the extra mile to make things right. I have since joined as a member and wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. I'm really looking forward to trying out some of the cheeses.

Recently tried the Empanada's and they were incredible! Nicely washed down with an Artisan beer too.

10/10 - would recommend!
