OMG . Fresh doughnuts that are frozen solid. How is this possible?
Complained to the lady in the store who said they were made fresh one day then get frozen.I am utterly shocked by that. I have no other words but to say, NEVER AGAIN will i buy from them. Shame cos they looked amazing

Never recived order paid £24 contacted them never ever recived a reply never oder from here again crap customer service crap company will never give your money back if you have any problems stay clear there genuine donut company's out there avoid this one like the plague
I ordered donuts for my daughter and the box arrived damaged, I sent pictures and followed up with 2 emails and reached out via Instagram yet no one has acknowledged my concerns. Very poor customer service!
Ordered this week .Omg…. Best donuts Ever. From the first bite of the Bounty one, I knew these would be all great. Perfect size too. Most doughnut companies make those awful big doughnuts but these are just the perfect size. Can’t wait to my birthday so I can get another box all to myself. Thanks guys. AMAZING
I've tried to contact customer services a couple of times via email and Instagram but have never received a reply. It's basically non-existent, so if you have an issue with your online order, there's nothing you can do except wait to file a bank claim.
The issues encountered:
- Half of my order was incorrect. As in, not the flavours I ordered at all (no apology or even notification)
- There's no information online or in the delivery as to how to store the donuts, how long they keep for etc. Should I be refrigerating the ones with a cream filling? Unclear
- The "creme brulee" donut was a absolutely awful. A thick wedge of rock hard sugar on top. It wasn't possible to bite through and none of it was brulee-d
I will say the rest of the donuts had a good flavour though they are on the smaller side. It's not a bad thing as it's a nice size serving without being sickly but would be good if that were clear online
