All-round the best experience!
I usually never take time to write reviews, but The.Drug.Store gave me reason to! All-round amazing experience; quick delivery, great products and smooth website - not to talk about the customer service agent, Clara. All in all, a highly recommendable experience - AND every service company should have a Clara in their team!

Resposta da TheDrug.Store
Dear Janet,
We are incredibly sorry to hear that you had a delay with your order. This is definitely not the level of service that we strive for. What happened was that we unfortunately had a stock delay which affected a few orders. I can assure you that this is a very rare occurrence and that you won't experience this again!
I have refunded your shipping cost and issued a voucher as a small gesture for the inconvenience you had to experience.
All the best,
Clara

Resposta da TheDrug.Store
Dear Tim,
As we did email you, we are incredibly sorry that we were not able to deliver your order. We were waiting on a restock from the US, but it was unfortunately delayed.
As a compensation, we refunded you in full and issued a £10 voucher for the inconvenience. This is not the level of service we strive for and we completely understand the disappointment, but unfortunately, certain delays are out of our hands. Do let us know if there is anything else we can do for you!
All the best,
Clara

Their products are fantastic
Their products are fantastic, but even better than that is the amazing customer service, it’s fast, efficient and so good, any problems I’ve had (usually my own doing) have been sorted out so well! Clara is always a great help, it’s a pleasure to deal with them!
