Resposta da TheDrug.Store
Hi Clare,
We are incredibly sorry to hear about this experience. We had some issues with the customer service module, which has been fixed now. Additionally, we had very stock delay. We have refunded your order in full and will send the order once it is back in stock. This is not the level of service that we strive for and I apologise for the inconvenience.

Unable to contact the store to cancel an order. Unable to cancel the order - no such option in the web panel and emails requesting the cancellation have been ignored - shipment has been made anyway.

We are very sorry to hear about your experience. I can see that we did in fact reply to you request a few hours after you sent it, but we never got a response. Perhaps our email ended in your spam folder. We are more than happy to process a return for your order. I do apologise for any inconvenience.
We have tried to contact you multiple times, but without luck.

Good service.
1st time order arrived promptly. Very pleased with the service and communication. Early days using CBD oil (never tried before) so hoping will be of benefit. The taste is pleasant and the dropper has measurements on it which helps.

First time review for....The Drug Store...
I have ordered from the drug store a previous time and found their website to be user friendly, informative and a clean process to place the order. All goods arrived on time.
Why 4 stars, the last product I ordered and which was the same as my first order, was the same BUT the manufacturer of my product had changed the list of ingredients and not picked upon prior to selling because there was no written statement to make me aware of this.
The original ingredients had better efficacy for me and eased my joint pain quicker.
Other than this, The Drug Store - continue with your excellent service
