Easy order and speedy delivery
Easy ordering process, speedy delivery and good quality masks. The fact that they were in my favourite colour, pink, and that a donation from my purchase went to the pink ribbon foundation was a huge bonus

Sent wrong product initially - now fixed
Sent wrong product at first (valved FFP3 instead of unvalved FFP2) and didn't respond to the first couple of emails due to a transient technical problem. Swiftly resolved once I got in touch via a different channel. Would buy again!

Have used Face Mask store a few times and have always found them competitively priced and good service. On this occasion, there was a mislabelled order (it happens!) and their service has been exemplary in sorting it out - efficient and above all, genuine, trusting and friendly, putting the customer's needs before their own. Highly recommended
