Swift Order Fulfilment & Good Price
I ordered a batch of 3M Aura Respirators to protect against COVID. They are the gold standard of this kind of respirator assuming they fit your face-type, which they do.
The price was competitive & delivery swift.

Issue resolved
Faulty filters and mask is wrong size, asked for return and they ignore me. Will have to go to bank now to recover money and then the face mask store can waste their time trying to contact me for the return of their crap.
Contacted about bad review and was given return postage label and an exchange for a different size. Issue now resolved

I haven't received my face masks…
I haven't received my face masks because of the delivery method. The post office will not simply deliver them by posting through my letterbox without some complicated process such as being in to sign for the package.

I love the website
I love the website. It’s helpful and informative. Delivery was great. I like my AirpOP masks. They are light, comfortable and breathable. They fit me really well too. Highly recommend this company.

The delivery was great as I was aware…
The delivery was great as I was aware when the masks were coming but the masks themselves were absolutely awful. They kept snapping and for the price I paid, I am extremely disappointed. I don’t think I’ll shop here again if this is the quality of masks sold (I know it’s the brand but shouldn’t they all be of high quality?). Regardless not entirely pleased.
**UPDATE**
I've had two phone calls with this company and one was to quickly send off some non-faulty masks which I really appreciate. The second was the possibility of helping us with our new London MaskBloc. I'm very appreciative of this service and even though I had a bad experience, we may use them again. Thank you Face Mask Store.
