Campstar 700
Can’t fault the guys at the family tent shop, more than happy to stay open a bit later when me and the family come in right at the end of the day to look at a tent again!! Ordered the campstar 700 package online and was hand delivered the very same day!! Haven’t used the tent yet but know it will be brilliant when the weather gets better. Will be back for more equipment and probably won’t go anywhere else now. 10 out of 10

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I was phoned to inform me that part of the order was on back order, and that it would be posted out as soon as it came in. I recieved my Vango Rome Air 650 XL tent within a few days of ordering, and true to their word, I recieved a phone call a couple of weeks later to say the groundsheet proctor was in stock. Being kept informed of the status of my order was very reassuring.

Hidden charges
Do not order from this shop if you live in parts of Scotland. Although the website clearly states standard £5.95 delivery to mainland UK in the delivery section, hidden away in the Terms and Conditions are exemptions!
I ordered my item on Friday afternoon in good faith, to then receive an email on Monday to ask for £10 surcharge because I live near Inverness. If that information had been transparent when ordering I would never have used this company. I am now left to go on a camping trip without all the equipment I need because of this.
