We went today to look for our tent and as first timers we didnt really know what we would need/wanted. There was no need to worry. We had first class service and advice and have come away with LOTS of things but nothing we dont need. No pressure selling, only advice. First class business!

Really happy with the service we received from The Family Tent Shop. We were desperatly looking for a couple of camping chairs, which were out of stock everywhere else. They had them in stock and delivery was nice and quick, ready for our camping trip.

Always really helpful and this time was no different. Placed an order online and was contacted immediately as not all the items were available. Order then held for me until I was able to collect. We have had nothing but great service when we have shopped here.

We ordered the porch door for the Coleman meadowood 6 tent so glad I bought makes tent seems as though it has so much more room. Was delivered within 3 days of ordering. Excellent service.

I Ordered 2 items on the website and the payment went through. There was a message on my answerphone the next day apologising because both items were out of stock. The lady said they would immediately refund me so I could find the items elsewhere. No quibble and great personal service will definitely buy from them again. Only dropped a star because their website was incorrectly showing stock.
