Hi so Shona was fantastic

Hi so Shona was fantastic! I was thinking of two different size of hoop earrings , i asked a lot of questions, she gave me advice so i picked one size, if my wife doesn’t like the size, then i know the other size through Shona! She knows her stuff, completely professional and friendly. She is an asset to the company! Thanks Shona.

Great customer service …

I have been buying my jewellery from the company since 2019, all the pieces I have are of a high quality, and just recently one of my gold hoops the earpeace broke that I’ve had for 4and half years and the company offered me the same pair for half price, they were £395, so I paid £197.50, I don’t know any other jewellers that would offer this, 5 stars
