Gary Romano was absolutely amazing…
Gary Romano was absolutely amazing tonight! I have had the worst experience with American Airlines tonight and when talking with Gary, he really made my night. He went over and beyond my expectations. I have been on the phone for over an hour trying to figure this mess out and Gary was so patient, and the results were beyond my expectations. Freddie was a great customer service representative that helped me out. I had lost my email for my flight and he fixed it for me so that I would have it on my phone. He’s a great employee. I pray that he gets all the promotions that he deserved.
