Best Customer Service Ever!!

I have my kit for a few days now and it’s dawning on me how weak my feet are. The training experience has been humbling but positive because I feel empowered I’m making a necessary change for my foot health. I also want to comment on how AWESOME their customer service is. When I made my order initially, I didn’t double check my address in my hasty excitement. My shipment was sent to the wrong city!! Smh. I reached out to TFC and told them about my mistake. Not only was Liz from Customer Service so kind and understanding, but they re-shipped me my order without extra charge. I just couldn’t believe it. So kind of them and really that just made me a fan for life. What a great company - great concept and even better customer service. Thank you!

Non existent support

Easy to get to speak to someone pre-sales. Impossible post-sales (go figure). Noone got back to me despite saying 24 hour turnaround on messagebank. 2 weeks later - still nothing. Ordered this product for my partner with balance issues as a result of a traumatic brain injury. He did 2 x modules and then I found him swallowing Voltarin because his feet were so sore- this is why I was trying to contact them. Finally connected with someone in support via email. Told them the problem. Guess what - no response. So my experience with this company (apart from the big sell) was far from impressive. I would imagine this product is not supposed to cause foot pain where there wasn't any pain to begin with. 👎

The worst customer service ever! Shady business conduct

I purchased from them in the name of my studio as a suggestion made by one of my clients . They wanted to try first and then we agreed if they are good we ll order for all of them. What followed was a horrible experince! But I am glad it ended as it did so I am saved from making a mistake of ordering bunch of their products and /or suggesting my clients to purchuse them.

I made an order from what I thought was a Canadian company. I will later find out that they just took over from what was once a Canadian company and since then focusing on USA and Australia (they ship and work in those two countries not in Canada ).
But the real issue is not their fake Candian image and zero focus on Canada (one of my client openly asked them if they are Canadian company TWICE on their socials and they answered to every comment but hers ) nor their artificial boosted number of followers on Instagram (nowadays many do that ) nor the fact that they invest in online/social media game while not at all in customer service (all of these are problematic in itself but nor the issue here )
The problem is that they did not deliver or sent a product, covered for their mistake , were cuaght in it and then like true charlatans instead of owning it they doubled down

It started by me ordering from them and never hearing from them again. My clients were curious to try new props so they kept asking about it and then maybe order themselves . When I said I haven't recived anything after I paid they pressed me to contact the company and ask. When I did ask what is happening with my purchase since I haven’t heard from them they respond in a short, very informal, dismissive manner saying that it must be an issue with delivery service and they will check.
I complained about their informal and dismissive conduct with a frustrated customer and ask for more details since the link to the delivery service that they just then provided me does show that they made a label electronlicay but it does not show they actually handed them a actual parcel at any point

CEO's fiancee Tamarah Kay answered to that as apparent head of customer service obviously not by expertise and started lecturing me how I should take their behavior and repeating that they contactedd delivery service and I should wait for their answer. Mind you all this time they are well aware they screwed up (or at least they should be )- they never actually sent my orde - and instead of owning it and appologizing that they never contacted me after me paying them and then that that even 2 weeks after delivery guys do not show any proof that they actually received parcel (meaning they did not send it), Tamarah lectured me instead and urged me to wait keep pretending it is all due to delivery service!
It was clear they are not a serious company but a bunch of charlatans trying to make hype of what the are selling online while having no clue (or care) how to conduct a business.
I replied if they want me to wait they should at least send me a proof they actually sent something all those days ago! Of course they did not. They thought I do not undestand the labels. But I did work at customer service for years when I was young. It was clear that their delivery service never recived the parcel . Not to this very day!
So instead of owning that they attacked once again in a hit and run manner - refunded and "banned me from ordering ever again " . What ? Who does that ? How childish is this to say the least how unprofessional and even fraudulent to say the most .

So basically I waisted my time and nerves, was mislead and lied to and ended up with nothing .
Well not nothing - I gained valuable insight in what kid of company they are.
I will never purchuse anything from them and neither will my clients and I am thankful that they showed their true colors.

You can see they boost their social media presence by how little likes and engagement they have comparing to huge number of followers, By now we all know that those who are trying to portrait themselves as leaders and influencers any field do that fake boost that has nothing to do with reality.

As for their products : basically what they sell is half domes and balls and toe deviders - all you can get online for MUCH cheaper price just without their “brand" . Do not waist your money or nerves or time.
It is all just good marketing and social media game .

I want to take the Australian guy who is actual expert and filling videos for them as well Nick who is actual PT and started company in Canada ages ago out of this ! This is not them. Company is now led by Mr Lyon and his fiancee and I dont think any of the too is PT or movement professional in any way and they certainly are not professional in leading a company

Great program, great service

I've been following the Foot Collective for some years on social media, and decided to buy their Foot Restoration Program and the TFC SoleMate Kit. I'm a few weeks into the program, and appreciate the high quality content, their holistic approach to developing improved function and learning mindset (they're also very positive and supportive in their tone), easy-to-follow program via their app, and the quality of the SoleMate kit.

When I ordered the SoleMate kit, there was some mixup in the shipping, but their customer support was really responsive and helpful. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking to build a stronger movement foundation and just more enjoyment learning what your feet and body are capable of.

Order not delivered

Placed order on 5.11.25. I received notification from Royal Mail package had arrived at the Hub on 7.11.26 and would be delivered 8.11.25. But so far not arrived.

Emailed Foot Collective on 10th November to ask where parcel was and they advised giving it few more days - despite the Royal Mail advising delivery on 8th. I have waited but still no parcel by 14.11.25, what is more worrying is customer service are no longer replying.

I have asked for refund as now believe I have been scammed, but customer service have gone ‘comms dark’. Will need to put this down to experience as unlikely to receive goods or refund I guess.

Be warned.

UPDATE: did get a reply so at least I know this is legitimate. Parcel eventually arrived 10days after placing order. Company have refunded the postage, thank you. Will update further when I have had time to see if worthwhile investment.

I’m really sorry for the stress and frustration this experience has caused you, especially when you were seeing an 8 November delivery date and felt like you weren’t getting clear answers from us. That’s not the experience we want anyone to have with The Foot Collective.

I’ve checked your order and can see that it was delivered on 15 November and left in a safe place by Royal Mail. The tracking link on your order (and the courier’s photo proof) updated to show this a day after you left this review, which explains why it still looked like nothing was happening at the time you wrote it.

That said, you’re absolutely right to expect better communication from us. Our follow-up on your last email clearly wasn’t as timely or reassuring as it should have been, and I’m sorry we left you feeling ignored and worried you’d been scammed.

If you still haven’t been able to locate the parcel, or if anything is missing or damaged, please reach out to us at info@thefootcollective.com and we’ll either help track it down, resend, or organise a refund as needed. We absolutely stand behind our products and our service, and we don’t want you to be left out of pocket or disappointed.

Thank you for sharing this, we’ll be using your experience to tighten up both our courier monitoring and how we keep customers in the loop when delays happen.

I sincerely recommend both the tools and the course

I bought the TFC SoleMate kit that comes with a 3-month Explorer Membership access.
First of all, I think the work that this team is doing all around the world is unique and exceptional.
The tools are wisely engineering both in the selected materials and the shapes, to fit perfectly at every exercise. The design is also space-saving.
I'm in the middle of the course now and it is truly well done. Not only Jim Dooner shows excellently the exercises, explaining in detail the instructions, but he also makes it fun and light, guiding you to stick to the program every day.
In the end, it is all worth the money and so really helpful in getting you out of pain, bad posture etc.
I sincerely recommend both the tools and the course.

Great service and products!

My experience with TFC has been excellent. Ordering was straightforward, goods arrived quickly. There was a small item missing from my package, but TFC were quick to respond and sent the missing item immediately, with no fuss. There are plenty of free educational and practical resources available to help make full use of the TFC equipment at your own pace.

Highly recommend

The foot collective is great. Their products and programs are excellent and high quality. I have been using them for awhile and I have seen a lot of benefits from their programs. It’s not a band aid quick fix solution but builds lifestyle changes. Even if you are there to educate yourself, you know it’s from expert professionals and not influencers.

Happy Feet!

I couldn’t be happier with my purchase from The Foot Collective.
