Ordered the Adeptus Titanicus game for my son this Christmas, so not yet opened. However, the price was competitive, the packaging careful, dispatch was prompt and it was delivered without issue. As I'm trying to support local businesses this ticked every box for me. Now on boxing Day I have to get my head around the rules.....

Simple and fast.
One of the last places on the internet that had what I wanted as it was going OOP.
The website and the fact it was clearly a real company put me at ease and I knew I could I buy with confidence.
All in all. It was an efficient experience and a simple one. I would recommend using them, and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Items not even despatched yet
Items not even despatched yet, but been told to review The Forge and all the products that were in my order. Not sure how I can review them if they've not even been despatched. Totally worried that they won't be here for Christmas.

We received your order and it was despatched on Sunday 13th December. We use Royal Mail 48hr to delivery goods. You should recieve your product shortly as there is slight delays with Royal Mail in certain areas of the UK. Any problems however please contact us at info@theforge.store.

Fantastic prices and during lockdown they offered free shipping to the UK no matter how small the order. My paints arrived in 2 days and have been exactly as you would expect.
