Avoid!

Companies House suggests the company is in liquidation; however Wearth seems to have partnered with another Company called 'Veo'.

Unfortunately the new 'Veo x Wearth' brand says it will not honour existing gift cards/credit, despite boasting that: "If you were a customer of Wearth you can now continue shopping at Veo".

Dubious, dishonest behaviour. Avoid!

Website down and can't redeem my voucher for Wearth London

I have a voucher for Wearth London to use (a present from my company). Their website says they are taking a temporary break. Emails to the address they cite for queries come back undeliverable. Have they run off with my credit? The company is still active on Companies House but how can I redeem the lost credit?

Zero stars

Zero stars. Ordered a wooden Christmas tree at the end of December 2022, payment taken (over £300!) nothing received! Website now says taking a break and existing orders will still be made but contact email does not work, tried to message on IG but had no response.

Taken a payment of over £50 for…

Taken a payment of over £50 for subscriptions for which no products have been received after 6 weeks. Website now says "Temporarily Closed" which has been the case for at least 6 weeks and no response to emails. Will probably have another payment taken and no products received as no way to manage subscriptions...absolutely horrendous!!

I did not receive my item

I did not receive my item. All emails sent were ignored by Wearth. Currently taking further action to get my money back

Hi Greg, thank you for your feedback, I'm so sorry for the delay in our response, it is very busy our end. As you also left a review on reviews.co.uk I now have your order number. We are so sorry to hear that your item hasn't arrived. The brand shipped it the day after you ordered on 4th January. I have sent you an email with the Royal Mail tracking, which is still pending and will only update once delivered. Best phone case ever!

Layout of website makes it a quick and easy process. Love the focus of sustainability. Product is high quality and shipping was fast. Would recommend site and product to a friend.

Really good quality items, and it's an added bonus that all products are kind to the planet and to humans. Will definitely be a regular customer! Great items and fantastic service!

Awful service and wait times

Ordered on the 5th December , product is still showing as not dispatched. Sent two emails and still not had an update I want to cancel my order now and place it with a company who can actually deliver. My advice would be order from elsewhere

Dire customer service, delivery takes up to a month…

Ordered from Wearth on 16 November - no update since and no product has arrived. Followed up with customer service and not had any response. Don’t bother with this retailer unless you don’t mind incredibly slow service.

zero stars, nothing but disappointment.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I placed my order on the 24th November and hadn’t heard anything about shipping. I emailed the company and got told different information on the email than website for working days. After waiting longer for my order still nothing and had to email them again and got told they’d chase up the order but then heard nothing again. My order finally arrived looking nothing like the picture and no update from the company on my previous email. Can’t express my disappointment enough and would not recommend shopping from here.

Hi Indya, thank you for your feedback. Firstly, it states on the product listing - 'Please allow 5-7 making days (working days) plus a further 2-3 days for delivery. Shipped via 2nd class post'. That is in total 10 working days which is what you were informed by my colleague Laura on 5th December. I'm sorry however that it took longer than that for you to receive the order (13 working days). I see that you confirmed receiving it on 13th December. We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the item. I can't see any further correspondence from you after that date to say that you weren't happy with the item. Would 100% recommend to everyone! I use Wearth regularly when looking for gifts as well as treating myself! Lovely website, gorgeous products, good delivery and obviously my favourite thing is everything is eco friendly / sustainable!!

Damaged item, difficult to get refund

The parcel was delivered and left outside in the rain and therefore damaged. Obviously this was not the company's fault but I had paid Delivery I took pictures and contacted customer service. Communication was good but it has been difficult to get a resolution. Numerous emails have been sent. Finally it was decided I could return the item, which I did not heard anything else and fed up of contacting the company.

Very disappointed in my interaction…

Very disappointed in my interaction with this company. Poor communication, poor delivery and inability to respond to emails asking for a refund. Definitely would not use them again.

Lovely birthday present for a tea…

Lovely birthday present for a tea enthusiast! I bought this for my friend and she absolutely loved it, the packaging was lovely and the gift wrapping was adorable. She especially loved that it was caffeine free and she said all the flavours were amazing.
