Recently ordered five plants (philodendron micans, hoya carnosa variegated, alocasia azlanii, portulacaria afra variegata and mini alpinia zerumbet variegata). The alpinia zerumbet variagata had less variagation than expected. The plants were packaged well and in good condition. No leaf damage or pests evident. Based on this experience, I would be willing to order from them again and to recommend them to friends.

Excellent company. I have had multiple orders from Ginger Jungle and they have never let me down. Each order was securely packaged and all my plants have arrived in pristine condition. Delivery is exceptionally quick and each plant packaged with care. I highly recommend this company to everyone and they have never let me down. Great experience with Ginger Jungle. The plant was hard to source, but they were clear about the delays and offered a refund or to wait. I waited, and it was really worth it! Beautiful plant, bigger than expected, and very very carefully packaged. (In more-sustainable packaging, as well.) From my experience, I would definitely recommend them.

I contacted the company as I was interested in their Birkin with "variegation" of rojo congo leaves.
I was offered pictures so I could pick however I forgot to leave a note on my order (my fault). I was told I'd be selected a nice one.

Instead I was sent a birkin who's last leaf was fully reverted and the new one appears to be fully green as well. Birkins are hard to cut back due to their self heading nature.
Bearing in mind they have a £25 minimum, I basically spent almost £30 with delivery for a reverted birkin and one normal birkin as I wouldn't have bothered with the other things. I contacted the company to enquire and have been ignored.

The first time I ordered from this company one of the plants arrived very badly damaged - the leaves were sharply creased/folded from when the plant was wrapped and the whole plant itself was as flat as a sheet of paper. I emailed with photos the same day and heard nothing back.

I placed a second order and the same thing happened - plant arrived creased, folded over and with dead or dying leaves. Not one leaf was in decent condition. I didn't bother to contact them again and will not be ordering again. This company smacks of jumping on the plant trend bandwagon; they're all whizz and no bang with fancy catchphrases and whatnot. Less detail and more attention needed.

Service and delivery were fine, unfortunately the Florida Ghost this shop sold me six months ago is actually a plain old Florida. The shop did inform me at a later date that the Florida Ghost they sold me was from a tissue cultured batch and may not produce minty/creamy leaves and they offered me a 10% discount off my next purchase. Needless to say I wont be using the 10% discount voucher and will now source rare plants from more reliable sellers.

Great quality plants.very healthy and a good size too.I have bought plants online for many years and this is the best packing and delivery I have ever seen. Very quick delivery of perfect plants, not even a speck of soil had spilled out! Highly recommend this company which also gives excellent service. Delighted with my purchase and most certainly will buy more from their excellent variety of rare plants.
