Awesome products, great support !!!
Awesome products, great Instant support, extremely friendly and helpful staff! Very fast shipping and fair prices … and although I was afraid that the brexit could cause additional costs there were none. And now they even reduced shipping fees while several prices are cheaper than in EU-Online-Stores! Absolutely trustful website … a must for all men of today who love to try different new fragrances and products that are made for men. And free gifts made my shopping experience complete. Fast and helpful!
The Grooming Clinic is one of the only places in the UK that stocks the brand I wanted, and having had a poor experience with another retailer, decided to give TGC a go, given the good reviews. I am thrilled with the service. Really quick to respond and help on chat. And my order was dispatched same day and arrived within 48 hours. Will definitely shop here again and will recommend to others.

Best Customer Support Ever
This is the best website ever, Genuine products, fast
delivery, and good prices too .
And the best thing is their customer support, they're sooo helpful and collaborative, as well as they're available 24/7 and replying faaaast.
My 2 shipments were refused by the customs authority, and have been returned. They reshipped them for me in 3 shipments without any additional cost.

Excellent customer service from Henry today
I have ordered multiple times from The Grooming Clinic as their prices are the best and delivery is fast.
Today I was having trouble logging in to my account and contacted them to find out what was going wrong. Henry identified that my previous orders were made via their old website and my details had not migrated. He updated my account with previously earned reward points and his responses were quick & very helpful.
I'll continue using their website for ordering my favourite perfumes by Escentric Molecules as they have by far the best customer service and good prices.

Great Place !!
My order was delivered promptly again, this is my third time ordering from this place and I'm yet to have an issue. I tend to try different products each time and they're always competitively priced when I search around online. Would definitely recommend.

3 months and still no refund
3 months and still no refund
Royal Mail was unable to deliver my order so it was sent back to The Grooming Clinic. I contacted them and they said they would issue a refund as soon as they received the product back. I have been waiting for three months and have still not received a refund. Would not order anything again.

It's saddening to read your review and we would like to share the true chain of events to reassure anybody who may read it.
We despatched your order on time and Royal Mail attempted to deliver it 48 hours after despatch. Nobody was home so they returned it to your local delivery office for you to collect it, or to arrange for it to be redelivered.
The parcel was never collected by you, and so Royal Mail eventually arranged to return it back to us, the sender. The parcel never was returned to us, yet we still arranged to fully refund your purchase.
I hope this is now resolved to your expectations, and for anybody reading this please rest assured that if something goes wrong with your order will absolutely put it right for you.

I ordered from The Grooming Clinic following a google search for my favourite aftershave, their price could not be beaten!!
I was delighted how quickly it arrived.
Also, they very kindly added some extras to the box! Some well needed bath salts and sample bottle of aftershave too. Made me smile!
I will definitely use these again in the future.

Henry - Customer Service was absolutely first class ( unlike Royal Mail - excuse the pun) he went way beyond the call of duty in helping when my wife's perfume wasn't delivered.
He kept me posted of all developments until the package was received.
Would 100% use The Grooming Clinic again.

Excellent customer service and lovely product
The Grooming Clinic has probably the best customer service I have ever come across. My purchase was unavoidably delayed due to Royal Mail strikes but Henry kept me fully informed and went above and beyond to find out where my package was after RM had held it for over two weeks.
The soap that I bought was perfect and I have no hesitation in highly recommending this company.
