The service was great & fast.
Unfortunty the product was disapponting. books were smaller than expected although the quality was very good. Rather than a free toy a larger book would be nice.

I brought purchases the groovd wanted a refund certain line up products.
The customer service team was very helpful offered many options with my experience, I certainly looking forward exploring the rest there products near future.

The customer service to fix a problem was very speedy, friendly and solution focused. However I felt the marketing of the upsell of a ‘free’ item was totally misleading. It inferred that there was a free item as part of a subscription going forward which was very understandable and acceptable. However they immediately charged the c£23 for the ‘free’ toy upfront . Jenny did come up with a satisfactory solution but I still feel it was not a good way to do business

Went out of their way to make sure that everything was fixed and correct for us to be able to enjoy our experience. And I would totally order from them again, and they are very professional

The replacement for a lost package arrived quickly and was offered without hesitation. Purchase was only marred by the loss of the initial delivery then an expectation for the customer to chase the lost package with the delivery company instead of the Groovd company. When arrived the product was good and I thoroughly recommend these books
