Solved my issue promptly and satisfactory.

The products are wonderful and my kids love them. I had an issue with an unknown order and the team corrected very quickly. They were easy to contact and kept me updated at every step.

People responded when i thought my package was stolen.

Replying to my enquiries is always timely. I kept checking to see when my parcel would arrive and tge reply was always timely.
My parcel finally arrived today.

Slightly more back and forth than desired, I should not have to dispute the validity of the refund. However, otherwise it was a great experience. Response was timely and polite.
