Customer Service suboptimal
Ordered a fixing kit on 10 July and it has only just been delivered (24 July) Dispatch time was fine but Evri the courier offered a very poor service in terms of delivery and providing poor information regarding the status of the delivery. I contacted Handy via their Webform to ask for their assistance with managing Evri and getting the item to me in line with the postage paid for.
I heard nothing from Handy and have zero evidence they did anything about it = poor customer service
